Location is excellent right next to shenzhenbei station. The room itself is a quite old and there were stains on the pillow.

I highly recommend this hotel for travelers using Shenzhen North Station. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the train station, the subway, and some restaurants downstairs. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it’s a great choice for an enjoyable stay near the train station!

Location:close to the Shenzhen north railway station, but to find the entrance it took lots of walking around to find it. Service: clean place, strong smell of bleach. They also provide luggage storage for free. 🪟there are no windows in most of the rooms!!!!!!!! Please pay attention! I have no claustrophobia but I felt so bad inside-couldn’t really sleep! It might be only me but please choose smth else if you are sensitive. Very poor choice of amenities, even cups are just paper cups but a condom selling machine! A bit disgusting-felt like staying in a place for some secret relationship.

Just next to e train station within mins walk after exit from station. Cleanliness wise first room got issues and we got free upgrade to suite room. If u have an early train to catch this is e hotel to choose.

Right next to station, just next to mcdonalds .So once arrive on szh north station just look for mcdonald and behind it there is hotel entrance and go to level 3 for lobby. Room has no window for standard room also smells smoke. Its just Ok for transit hotel with its strategic location

Front Desk Receptionist was very polite and help. Even apologizing for the renovation work that was happening outside the main door. The room was nice, big and clean. It's very convenient and just 100m from the HSR Station exit. The access to MTR / Shopping and lots of food stalls was incredible. 以后可定还会在来这酒店。

From gate A2 of Shenzhen Bei Railway station, go to your right, hotel located within 1 or 2 minutes walking distance on your left. To check in, go to 3rd floor with lift. Food court/mini market at 1st floor(ground floor for foreigners). Great location for a short stay if you wish to catch early train the next day or arriving late at the night. Majorities of the rooms will be without window, those with window will be a bit noise due to near to railway/highway, simple breakfast but acceptable.
