The service at the hotel was good But complicated. The staff were very friendly, and the airport pickup was punctual, which made the arrival very smooth. I really appreciated their hospitality in this regard. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition and quality of the furniture and amenities were quite poor. The facilities felt outdated and did not meet expectations for comfort. Also loud and mosquitos in the room. One positive aspect is the location. The hotel is situated very close to a metro station, which made getting around the city much easier and convenient. In summary, while the service and location were very good, the cleanliness and condition of the room need significant improvement.

Great place to rest when your flight is next day, very close to airport 15 min

Nothing special, just quite average hotel. Room nothing like as shown in the picture but enough for a quick few hours sleep, being close to the Airport

A good hotel for its price. Situated not far from the airport. Has a pick up/ drop-off service.

The location is very convenient especially if you have an early morning flight and want to have a comfortable sleep. It is near the airport and there are a lot of food establishments nearby. The front desk is very friendly too!

Due the weather i arrive very late. 58 rmb taxi so it's a little far from the airport. When i checking the staff of the hotel Bing me to another hotel reception and the room was in a third hotel. Room a little old but ok for one night.

The room is okay, beds are comfortable. Location is superb, a lot of eateries at night. Check in was smooth. Located a cross Vienna Hotel. Good place if you arrive late at night or had an early flight. Thank you

Very close to the airport. A less than 10 minute ride or your can get on the subway which is very near. The wifi was good. There is food all around the neighborhood.

Pick up was fast and smooth, check in was easy. Hotel is 10 minutes drive from Guangzhou Baiyun airport.

It was pretty decent and convenient.
