Service was great!  The rooms are smoking rooms and front desk helped us switched to another room with less smell.  They also offered to extend our check out time. As it was a service apartment, the entrance was a little difficult to locate.  By providing a more clear direction would be nice. The location of the hotel is super convenient in CBD with walking distances to major malls. The major drawback of the room is the cleanliness. The toilet and area has odour and the fridge is water leaking.  This was not raised to front desk as it’s just an overnight short stay. Overall the hotel is nice for a family trip.

Good solution in Shenzhen. The position is good but others areas are better, like dongmen street. Good to find a little apartment, everything is good and perfect. Clean could be better.

Location is good, very convenient. However, it’s not the easiest to find and signage could be done better. It’s basically just a studio apartment unit. All room configuration seems the same, just that the more expensive ones have bigger bed and better tv.

Never thought of renting a service apartment as a hotel stay in Shenzhen but it came out as one of the best ones experiences. Very convenient located in the CBD of Shenzhen and close to all shopping malls.lots of dinning places, we could not visit them all. Service of this "hotel" is also excellent and very friendly. I needed some prints and they were able to get it for me , as a service. Will definitely come back again!

Great hotel , big beds, comfortable and clean. They are especially helpful to extend checkout hours for late flight. Great location just outside subway and malls. great value for money.

Good apartment style hotel, though the service and facilities is not quite like a typical hotel.

Very convenient location, we could easily arrive from the airport with the train plus 10min walk. The entrance may be a bit tricky to find at first as it's not specifically advertised, but not a major problem once asked. The apartment is clean and provides all you need. Only downside is the lift, which can be a bit slow due to the amount of traffic of people going in and out the building. Overall I would recommend it as it's near a lot of restaurants, shopping malls and you can reach main attractions with a Didi

Central location. Sparkling clean. Friendly staff :) Highly recommend if you are staying in Futian area.

-The building is across a big shopping mall so it's very convenient. -The metro is a few meters away. -The staff was nice and approachable -Wonderful room and the bed was comfy - The entrance is on the left side (B2) if you are facing the A side of the building. The front desk is on the 10th floor (Room 1018) I'll definitely stay here again. Tip: don't let the bad reviews get to you, however, if you want a 5 start hotel service and amenity, yet only willing to pay cheap, go away.

it's like an airbnb, go to 10th floor and room 1020 (a room right at end) is 24hr reception. thats where u check in. entrance is around the side of the building, where u will see a guard standing under an umbrella. sadly for us, we used the washing machine, but no drying rack was available. we asked reception, but they only provided a small one for intimates. a proper size couldn't be provided till next day, when we were checking out
