The view from the room was the reason we chose this hotel. But otherwise nothing special. I would say fair for the price.

Our stay in Lijang Allure for two nights was fabulous! Everything exceeded our expectations! The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It’s a stone throw away from 四方街, the busiest part of the ancient city where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops on the streets around it. 6 mins walk from Mù fǔ which you shouldn’t miss if you are interested in history, 15 mins walk from Zhōngyì farm produce market & night market. Before arrival, the hotel manager 唐皓 was absolutely responsive to my enquiry. He advised me on our itinerary. His recommendation for hotel in Shangri-la, restaurants in Lijang and the 土司宴 in Ancient town of Dukezong is excellent. The private car charter for jade dragon snow mountain day trip he arranged for us is very good. The driver made it very convenient for us as he always dropped us off at the nearest spots possible to the entrances for 藍月谷 and ropeway. With the hotel manager’s help, our trip is hassle free. He even helped us pay in advance for the jade dragon snow mountain ropeway tickets & private car charter. He secured a very good time slot 10:30am for the ropeway for us. We stayed in the biggest room with fantastic view of the ancient city and mountains for our first night there. The room was very spacious. We are two adults and one child. The hotel manager was so thoughtful that he added a single bed to the room for free. We returned to the hotel again after our 2 days and 1 night trip to Shangri-la. This time, we stayed in the other room which has a big bath tub with view of the ancient city and the mountains and the bath tub can fit two. My son and my husband had a great bath soak together. I got to see sunrise sitting comfortably in the room. He and his crew are so friendly and hospitable. They carried our suitcases for us to go up and down the stairs from car drop off & pickup points to go to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The only miss is that coffee is not included in the breakfast.

Great place. The hotel is located right in the heart of the ancient town, so there are lots of restaurants and shops around. Owner is very friendly and amicable, and gives great recommendations on where to go and what to do. I would stay again if I visit Shangri-La again.

Hotel is located right outside the old town, which is convenient if you have big luggage. Room is big with necessary amenities. Staff service is fantastic and responsive, they even bother to call an overseas line to confirm your arrival. However hotel needs some renovations as it's kind of old. Room lighting is dark, wires on the top cabinet are slightly exposed and spider web at the toilet corridor lighting's. Free to watch TV programs are very old.

My room in Feifan is going to be the highlight of the stay. It is large, spacious for family of 4. The second floor is definitely the cutest part. We really enjoy our stay here. The host also helped us with all travel related needs like ordering taxi, sending us chaffeur to tour the Napahai, bringing us luggage, as well as picking us up at the train station. One thing to add, I felt like a proper training for the reception would really elevate the overall "luxury" experience. The breakfast needs more depth, maybe ******* meal will make this more special. Kudos to the manager for sending us back to the train station. Notes for foreigner, try to get locals to phone the hotel number to inform them about your booking so they can have your wechat for convinience.

Feifan Hotel is conveniently located in Shangri La Old Town (Dukezong) and is fully accessible by car/taxi, which can drop you off right in front of the hotel. The hotel is tastefully decorated, paying homage to the town's Tibetan's roots, which is what makes the hotel very charming to me. The room itself is very clean comfortable to stay in, the amenities and kits provided are more than plentiful. The floors in front of the bathroom are also heated, which is very surprising (I wasn't expecting that). The loveliest aspect of my stay would have to be the kind hotel staff who were very helpful and welcoming to us starting from our arrival (the cups of warm tea was very relieving during the cold night). A couple of hotel staff members can converse in English, which was very helpful for us as we are foreign tourists. I appreciated the conversations I had with a staff member during breakfast about the various foods that was on offer. I also appreciated the little gift that was given to us when we checked out as the hotel staff seemed to notice that I did enjoyed several cups of butter tea during my breakfast and the help with arranging a car to transport us to the train station. Overall, I am very impressed with our stay here and would not hesitate at all to recommend anyone to stay here. It is worth it!

I am a frequent traveler internationally. It is clear to me that this hotel owner has excellent standards. From minute details like toiletries, the fluffy bedroom slippers, the luxurious towels & bathrobes, to the fine cotton bed linens, I dare say they are a 6-star quality boutique hotel. The staff is friendly & accomodative. There is also batista coffee at breakfast. Location wise, it is so convenient! 3min walk to the Dukezhong bell. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

We can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone! We didn't expect the kindness and great service of the whole staff as well as the owner. The room was very comfortable especially with the floor heating and luxury bed.

2016年開的酒店整體還是不錯，位置就在古城裡，隔壁弄堂有停車位，前台服務熱情。早飯肉類少了點兒，房間細節上還是有點欠缺。

酒店位置很方便，房間供暖很足，服務細心主動，店員熱情又親切，家庭房太適合親子家庭一家入住了，會推薦給朋友。

設施：特別好 衞生：很乾凈 環境：古城裡最好的酒店了 服務：服務也特別好 房間裏是地暖特別暖和！

非常美妙的體驗，房間無論衞生還是面積還是舒適度各方面都很好，最驚喜的是別具藏族風情，整個酒店內外設計得像個建築藝術品。 酒店提供接送火車站服務，早餐兼具中西餐和藏族風味，數上乘。服務和管理人員以及司機都很好很熱情，十分好的一次體驗！
