We had an amazing stay here. Great view and great service. P.S. They have 2 cute doggos.

Best thing about this accom is the 2 dogs! (Golden retriever and husky). Super playful babies (less than 1 yr old). If u are a dog lover u will love it. They are happy whenever they see someone. Hotel staff are all very kind, gave u a plate of fruits and some snacks on arrival. No lift here, but they will assist to carry ur luggage. Also have servics to fetch u to and fro traim station for free. This place is located in the countryside somewhat, a bit far from city. Ride hailing service is recommanded (near napa lake). U are closer to nature here (Yak visits this hotel in the morning). There is projector, and u can watch shows for free and conmect ur personal device. Room is spacious toilet is automatic and seat is warmed! There is floor heating (no aircon) and oxygen in the room. Breakfast is included, lunch and dinner service provided but is not free. 10/10 will come this place if i ever visit Shangri-la again!

3 of us stayed here for two nights. Such a wonderful place. I loved the hotel so much. They helped us to do laundry and guided us whenever we needed help. Dukezong city is 20mins away from this quiet place but you can easily get didi. Got two puppies in the hotel and they are so adorable(Shi Liu,Bao Yuan). We really loved playing with them. Heidou cafe is around 700meters from here. The room was so clean. We loved everything bout this hotel.

Lovely and welcoming super cute dogs. Service was good, covered laundry and old town pickup. The staff is kind and polite. Only improvement would be breakfast - needs more complexity other than steamed and boiled food.

The hotel has one of the the best nature and mountain view! its refreshing and calming. The room is spacious, the toilet is auto with water bidet, there a tub in the room and there’s projector that i use to connect to my phone and play my playlist. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic and helpful with everything. he helped to pick and send us back to train station, he also adjusted the breakfast menu to vegetarian for muslim, answered all of our queries and he always wait for guest to return safely at night.

[Highly Recommended!] It’s a cosy Accomds with a nice and friendly owner with 2 doggos! Upon reaching the Accomds, the owner will open the “gate” and the doggos (shi liu, and yuan bao) will rushed out to greet you, they are extremely friendly. There is no lift and the highest floor (4th floor) are the suites, you might want to take your time to climb up the stairs, due to the high altitude environment, you might run out of breath easily. But not to worry, the owner and the staff will carry luggages for you. There is also an oxygen “system” for you to plug in the oxygen mask (chargeable, I think 20RMB? Can’t remember) for usage. Breakfast are included and there is restaurant in the Accomds as well, or you can ******* (similar to grab/ubereats). As I travel in large group, we booked a total of 1 suite and 4 normal rooms, my friends always gather in the suite (at highest floor), which the owner always help to bring up the food delivery to save us the trouble from climbing the stairs! Not only that, the owner is really very kind to always come to the rooms whenever you need assistance. It felt like home, because whenever you return back to the Accomds, the owner will always come to the gate to greet you with the 2 doggos. Location abit far from the centre, but don’t worry didi (taxi service) is always quite readily available. There was also free transfer to railway station, on the last day the owner made 2 trips to ferry us to the railway station as early as 6.20am. *thumbs up* not forgetting the free laundry service as well! The photos listed are true to the actual room, and I really love the room and cleanliness of it. We could host and watch movies together in the suite. We highly recommend this Accomds!

房間大床大，智能衞生間，除了有供氧，地暖還有暖氣 風景優美 早上起床有幸看到日照金山 房間一切設施齊全且貼心有品質，定了3間房，每間都有新鮮水果還有紅糖！ 忘了問管傢什麼名字，但管家的服務態度真的很好，很到位，也真的很貼心，真的滿意 早餐很好吃也很大份 這間是我和家人都很喜歡的住宿 也是我目前住過最喜歡的住宿 下次去香格里拉還會再來！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
