The owner was great, she upgraded us as there was very few people. The view from the bedroom was great. The food for the dinner was very good.

Amazing views from room. The lady owner was very friendly and welcoming, ready to help us in any way. Beds were clean, towels were fresh. I did find many bugs in the room at different point in time but that is probably because of the location!

We liked this place because it is in a quieter area of the halfway point of the Tiger Leaping Gorge hike. The room has a great view of the gorge. The staff were kind and helpful.

Absolutely amazing view of tiger gorge valley. You literally wake up to the clouds. They also have an in-house restaurant and I simply love the taste of the home cooked food! You can contact the hotel to book a private hire to the hotel. We had luggage with us, so we got the car to drop us at tea horse inn and hiked to halfway point. The driver then sent the luggage to our hotel. Do this at your own discretion. Our driver was acquainted with the hotel owner therefore we felt it was safe to do so. Also, do take time to chill at the roof top, simple setup but the view is more than enough. 😍

Great location at Middle Gorge (slightly after halfway guesthouse when hiking from Upper Gorge). Room was modern and very comfy with a great view of the mountain. There was a viewing platform on the top floor but we didn't stay long up there as it was cold. haha. Homecooked meals (Naxi style) available at a reasonable price. A great place to chill and relax after a day's hike

A much more quiet place than Halfway Guest House, which we liked, but the manager is not very egaged to take care about the guests.

Amazing view of the valley. A nicer yet quieter hotel than it's more famous neighbour, it's good to use both hotels for their great amenities.

Great location in the old town. Nice courtyard to sit out in. Nice modern facilities. Reception often has nobody there.

Good location in the center of ancient town, staff is very nice and helpful, very clean bedroom and bathroom, good facilities, comfortable place to stay! Have heating bed and automatic toilet!!👍👍👍

view from the room was really nice and the room had all the basic amenities. however, the water was way too hot, and there’s no way of adjusting the temperature. location wise, the place is a bit out of the way and they are still developing the area, do take note that if you reach after dusk it’s completely pitch black.

We had a great room with amazing views. The room had everything you needed including electric blanket and heating which was needed. The host was very accommodating and helped us organise drivers to and from the accommodation and was patient with us and translate. It was just around the bend from half way house and was a quieter location. The hosts offered to share their Chinese New Year dinner with us too.. it was located on the upper trail being close to halfway house but quieter. Would stay again
