Room is spacious and we got upgraded for free. Everyday there's afternoon tea and supper. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

We rebooked this hotel after our 1 day trip to Meili Snow Mountain and this is our 2nd time stay. Although there is road constructions works until May 2025, this hotel ensure that they go out and help to pick up hotel guests and carry their luggages to the hotel. At check out, we were appreciative of the hotel staff to help us bring our luggage to the main road to meet our driver who was waiting outside, as he can't come in due to road works. Very thankful. Staff were friendly and helped us promptly with our requests. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay at this hotel this second time.

This young team of staff assisted to deal with our luggages from the main road due to road closure. Very responsive and reach out to us earlier so we could get the tour guide to drop us at a correct destination! Hotel is pretty and big! Breakfast was simple and good enough. Just to note, for those with elderly might wanna request for lower floor as there isn’t any lift access!

Very spacious and nice place. We got an upgrade to our room. Although there were some mishaps with the system. Everything was great and friendly. We got good breakfast and lunch as well as night warm milk to sooth the night. Love the service from everyone. Very thoughtful to help with the luggage. Especially also providing service to send us to the train station. Would recommend this place. It’s also near to Dukezong ancient town.

Currently there is ongoing construction outside of the hotel however the hotel staff are very helpful in arrangement of luggage and also kind consideration for elderly. Room is spacious and good location.

The hotel offers an excellent stay with very helpful staff and clean rooms equipped with a heater, humidifier, and oxygen generator—great for comfort. The location is perfect, just a short walk from major tourist areas. They also provide free hot milk and fruit at night, which is a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the free pick-up and drop-off service from the railway station and airport adds great convenience for travelers. Highly recommended!

The location is great, close to ancient town. And many shops nearby. 小江 and the team offered great services when asked. The family room we had was spacious , and oxygen machine was provided to use in the room. Value for money recommended.

Amazing hotel and even better hosts! We will definitely recommend our family and friends here if anyone is coming to play! The room is as shown and was honestly great in keeping us warm and cozy during winter! Coming back to the hotel is always welcoming and the hosts even waited for us at the roadside at night cause we were two girls travelling alone. But the area is generally safe still and communication is always smooth with them. 5 star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️谢谢你们了！ Also, they help you with your luggages so you have nothing to worry!

A very clean hotel, conveniently located just a walking distance to Dukezong old town. Staff are very helpful and friendly especially Xiao Jiang, very accommodate to my needs, helping to carry luggages and even arranging transportation to places. Would definitely recommend to others!

We had a great time at this hotel! Xiao Chen，Xiao Luo，Jing Jing and Xiao Wei were all so friendly, kind and helpful. They made sure we were very comfortable during our stay. The hotel is also newly renovated and very beautiful. Room was very spacious, we had more than enough space to open 2 big luggages. The common area is very pretty and good for breakfast. we highly recommend this hotel. Pick-up service: When we arrived at the Shangri-La station, Xiao Luo was already waiting for us at the station. He made sure we arrived at the hotel safely. He also introduced many tourist attractions in Shangri-La along the way. On the last day, he also dropped us off at the station and helped us with all our luggages. Safety: they informed us on how to use the dehumidifier and oxygen machine when we checked in, and told us what symptoms to look out for in case we expereienced high altitude sickness. they also told us they would be available to send us to the hospital if needed Food delivery: we entered the wrong location for food delivery multiple times and they resolved it for us! Convenience: walkable distance to the old town where there was plenty of food options and things to do and see!
