Shanghai Xinju Fengshe B&B

If you're in Shanghai for Disneyland it's a great place to be. They even offer transport to Disney. It's a bit too far from downtown but it's in a quite location with a beautiful swimming pool. Gorgeous ❤️. The receptionist helped me send my stuff to Yangzhou and they so nice. Please clean and tidy the balcony though, the mosquitoes 😬😭..

This hotel wasn’t good but it had a weird smell in the room…so close to Disney land but far from other places…if you want some peace and quiet I suggest to take this hotel

The receptionist changed the room I had booked without telling me or asking for my permission only to put me in a room with a carpet floor. PLEASE GET RID OF THAT CARPET!!! And don’t ever put guests in that room!!! The carpet is dirty and has an unpleasant smell, I couldn’t sleep and woke up sick because of the dusk and the smell of that carpet. You can’t make guests pay that much money only to put that in a filthy room. No one to help you with your luggage, walk upstairs by yourself, receptionist isn’t bothered either, lazy AF!! I then told her to change my room because that wasn’t even the room I had booked and I told her that room has an unpleasant smell. And I’m sure I’m not the first guest to say this!!! Why do you still put guests in that room???? 😡

A great hotel for its proximity to Disney Resort. The rooms are clean yet simple, and the staff are friendly and responsive.

Reception is very friendly, gives us quick service, and is easy to communicate. it is very cost efficient and nearby by Disney Land as well as this place has a car that will drop you off and on by service.

Cleanliness, 3/5. Throughout our 12 nights stay, the beds were not made daily, fresh towels not provided daily. Only trash was clear daily for the first 7 days, after that it wasn't clear at all. There are left over cigarettes butts in the room. Location 2/5. We booked the place because it was listed as have shuttle service to Disney. There is a catch, it's only provided on the days you are visiting Disney. Other days you are on your own. We planned to use this service to at least get to the MRT station at Disney. But had to use e-hailing instead to the MRT station. There is also lacking convenient store nearby. Service 1/5. I know it's a cheap Airbnb, but at least have decent basic service. It's late autumn and there is no hot running water. We had to shower in ice cold water almost daily as the daily hot water had run out or it wasn't even working. The place was also poorly lit. Amenities 2/5. There is no dryer, if you wash your clothes you have to leave them out to dry. For a room that fits 4 adults, only 2 towels were provided. We asked for extra, but only 2 were replaced daily for the first 7 days. But for the benefit of the doubt, we were told by the manager on the last day that the butler that manage the place during the majority of our stay had resigned. It's probably why we had such poor experience. Before we booked we read the reviews, and was convinced by the good reviews. However we were disappointed by the experience.
