When I visited the hotel was under construction on the entrance. The taxi couldn’t park in front of the lobby. You had to walk from the main car entrance to the lobby and walk under the construction. So dangerous to me. And sometimes they closed the passage , you had to drag the big luggage to the garden instead which was very hard. No refrigerator in the room. We didn’t know that our room would be opposite the meeting room which was very noisy in the morning. The pipe in the bathroom wasn’t good, it’s clogged. I definitely wouldn’t come to this hotel again.

I booked this hotel to attend the F1 in Shanghai, it was a really hot weekend, the ac did not work, we asked for it to be fixed and it was not. There was no hot water in the shower. Also asked for this to be fixed and eventually someone did check but the water was just warm. In 2024 it was a good location to get to the F1 but in 2025 it was a struggle as most roads were closed and we had to walk for an hour to get there. Not the most convenient hotel to attend F1.

The AC was not working and we were boiling inside the room. We told the receptionist about the AC and she sent someone up to fix it. When I explained that the AC is only blowing hot air, he just walked to a window and opened it. Then he said it's okay now, and he left.

It's 3km walk to the international race track, you go figure if you come for Formula One. (No public transportation to get you there on race weekend due to road closures plus traffic jam).
The hotel is not that clean and service is fair, not great. To my fellow Formula One fans, I wouldn't recommend it.

Unbelievable panoramic view, ideal location for what we wanted. Beautiful large bedroom and bathroom. Staff extremely helpful and did what they could to help us. Only negative would be there was a bit of a damp smell in the bathroom, the bath was clearly broken and it flooded the entire floor with did become a slip hazard. Not ideal if you’re there for a long stay but we were there just for the one night.
