I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown attractions. The room was clean. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us with every request. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel is just next to school，family mart and restaurant 沈大成. The lotion, shampoo and body wash provided is high end brand - Acca Kappa. Free coffee provided at the lobby. Smart toilet bowl is equipped in the toilet. Nice experience.

room size is not too small for 2 people, can open 2 big luggages in the same time. Location is good, use people square exit 15 to avoid using stairs. Would stay here again in the next future!

Central Location. easily access to all places of interest , Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Next to it have nice local eatery shop and convenient store.

It was such amazing holiday with Youli Hotel I was so impressed with the staff and also cleaners even we couldn't talk much due to the language barrier but this things is not an issue, we can use translation to communicate and the staff kindly to help me when it asked. Thanks again. Would love to be back again. 💗💗💗

Youli was SUCH an impressive little hotel. It feels welcoming, from the checkin to the finish. The location is amazing as it is just around the corner from People’s Square Metro, the Urban Planning Museum and Shanghai Museum; there is a Luckin Coffee just opposite the entrance and a small convenience store right next door for any jetlag snacks 😅 There are malls closeby and the bund is just a short walk down from there (really simple). The rooms we extremely neat, the beds were great, amazing showers and perfectly clean. The staff were all friendly, no matter who was in front. We’ll definitely stay there every time we visit 😁

Love the hotel with the Good locations, small room and very clean

The corridor carpets have changed color and smell bad. The rooms are older than the pictures and there are some damp repairs. The bathroom floor is dirty. There are some hair residues in the sink. In general, some places were dusty. Frankly, I do not recommend it.

Very nice hotel, staff are easy to talked with, there’s a laundry, free coffee, room are spacious. Love the toilet🫶 location is near with everything. There’s a restaurant nearby which is delicious. I was upgraded as well ❤️Overall , was very good stay 🫶

The Youli Hotel 友裏酒店 (上海人民廣場店) is relatively small with a compact lobby and reception area. However, the room floors are spacious. The room itself is just right for a solo traveler like me, well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The bathroom features a properly separated wet and dry area, and the smart toilet with a built-in bidet works well. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro line. However, it can be challenging with large luggage. If you get off at People's Square Metro Line 2, Exit 1, you need to use an underground bridge with stairs to cross the road. Alternatively, getting off at Dashijie Metro Line 8, Exit 1 might not be ideal if coming from the airport due to the lack of a direct line. Overall, I enjoyed my stay over the past three nights. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling light or planning to use airport pickup/drop-off services.

Decent hotel located near people’s square and Nanjing shopping street. Staff are helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed with big TV (with free movies). Bathroom is a little small, and there’s not much amenities, but can’t complain for the price paid.
