Very good location, just 100m from East Nanjing road. A hundred year old Shanghai local restaurant just in front of hotel, which selling xiao long pao & sheng jian pao, yummy. Room is very comfortable, staff are friendly, overall this hotel just superb value for waht you pay. We even just back to hotel to drop something in the middle of the day, just because it is so close to metro.

Hotel location is just next to Metro station and right outside Nanjing West shopping area. The service is excellent too and the room is nice.

Good hotel! Always been staying in this chain hotel when visiting China. Hotel equip with all necessary equipment . Near to nanjing east station, only 100 m from exit 1. 🙂

The portal is very helpful & polite. Just need to improve the laundry cleanliness as no change in bedsheets on 2nd day

Grrreat choice, and so close to Nanjing Road East/station! Proper 4 star hotel, friendly doorman, all reception staff speak English and are kind and professional. Lovely breakfast, could do with more elevators ! Room was quirky, nice decor, very retro, good size, great Japanese style toilet, and good bathroom products. Great value, highly recommended!

Almost everything was great. I arrived before the check-in time, but I could leave my luggage at the hotel. When I entered the room on the first day, there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. The room was spacious enough for two people, and all the necessary amenities were provided and replenished daily. I especially loved that drinking water was available in the hallway at all times—I hardly had to buy any water outside. The bathroom was well-designed with separate zones, strong water pressure, and a convenient automatic toilet. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the doorman was particularly kind and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

First - love the location. 3 to 5 mins from exit 1 of Nanjing east station. Just turn left upon exiting exit 1 and turn into the alley when you see the shop 邵万生食品公司 （note- this shop’s Palmier biscuits （蝴蝶酥）and meat mooncakes (鲜肉月饼）are really good). Second - friendly staff. Didn’t know that they don’t have aircon in winter and turned on the aircon. Turns out that if you do that, you will just heat up the room. Though I also felt that the staff could have told us that but it is also true that this information is quite commonly known in China and I should have done my research. The hotel staff was also prompt to assist - gave me a fan to cool down the room when I complained about the heat at 3am! I appreciate that. Even the cleaning staff was friendly - would remind us to take drinking water at the lobby when we leave the room for the day. Third - room is clean and has all the facilities. Water pressure is good. Really value for money The con is that the toilet door is really clear! This makes things a bit awkward when you go with friends. Actually, even if you go with your spouse, you may not want your spouse to see you on the throne and what you do in the bathroom!

Great location. Close to metro line 2 - exit but no escalator until the exit. Room was so nice, bed & pillows were soft. Breakfast was so so, not too many selections but some were delicious i.e. pastry. The Door man were helpful and say hi to our family all the time, really appreciate and happy for being stay here.

The hotel is located in very good location, so convenient to travel and easy to access by metro and taxi/Didi. The room is spacious with great amenities and facilities. Breakfast is great and full with selections that you can enjoy. Staff are very nice and welcome. Definitely recommend and will come back.
