The staff tried to force me to write a review (asked me to hand over my phone so she should do it) when I asked about luggage storage before I even checked out! Unethical behaviour! There is a LOT of mould and other gross brown/black residue in the bathroom, both shower and sink. I encountered the same even after I changed rooms. The faucet in one room was also not tight and lifted every time I went to wash my hands. Really noisy hallways - I could hear other people's alarms and talking. There's hair conditioner, but no body lotion. There's a laundry room (dumb machines with no LCD displaying time estimate) that's open any time, but no fridge or gym. The front desk will sign for packages, but you can't have things delivered to your room. I liked that the non-smoking rooms were indeed so, though I still smelled some cigarettes in the hallway. Location is okay, but not as convenient as others. About 15min walk to line 14. It's okay if you don't have a lot of luggage, but with rolling bags and rain, it wasn't so convenient. A lot of mosquitoes in the room, though they give you a plug-in for nighttime.

An excellent hotel in a truly excellent location. Close to the Jing’An temple metro station and near some very good food. Thanks to Bai Yun and Can Can for the great service and hospitality.

I stayed this hotel for two days and it was clean , economic Hotel and specially in receptions was very helpful. Her name is Ms Can Can Xiao Zhao

Good value for money hotel. Spacious and clean room with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a good shower. It’s a bit noisy, but as other guests were courteous, this was no problem at all. Good location also, close to the subway and various restaurants, shops and the Golden Temple.

This place was sharing a building with a mala bbq place so the whole place smell like mala 24/7 sometimes in the lift too, thank god me and my bf loves mala but would be quite horrid if you dint. Washing clothes facility was a bit dirty, the washing machine is a bit rusty too. The place is decent clean but the location is near a very nice local neighbourhood but 12 mins walk to the nearest metro ? A bit of a walk if you wanna travel via metro but the neighbourhood was really not too bad. And the room table is like a bit heavily scratched 😅 reception spoke limited English some shift was nice some was a bit RBF. No weighing scale in room or to measure bag to borrow ❤️

I love to stay always in this hotel, it is very well located and just right many restaurants and bars.

Good staff, forgot the names but help me checked in and check out in no time! Very friendly. Short walk to the JinAn temple station .

Xiao Jin and Cancan were very helpful and pleasant and helped us with everything. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for a nice central hotel in Shanghai

This hotel was in a convenient location. The beds are very comfortable and the room is clean. The room was also quiet during our stay. Bai Yun and Can Can were also very helpful.

The 2 counter staff was totally unhelpful. Checked in on an evening where the weather was extremely cold. Counter staff saw us struggling with our luggages to enter the hotel premise and made no move to assist. The wooden floor of my hotel room has some gaps in it and may be a hazard since you may trip on those holes and fall. Not able to locate any staff at the counter when i checked out during early hours to catch my 8am flight. Should have 2 chairs in the room. Hotel room is of decent size for 3 adults and there are 2 tvs in the room.

Solid hotel in a great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Xiaoxiao and Xiaobai were very forthcoming and helped us with all our needs.

I love this hotel. It is super convenince and close to train station Jing an. There are many attractions and good restuarants around. I really recommend this place.
