I had a great stay at Wassim Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I especially want to thank the service manager, Yalin, for the excellent service. Their professionalism and helpful attitude made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

Stay at Wassim Pudong Theme Park hotel as bringing my children to Shanghai Disneyland first time. Have seen many good feedback about this hotel, especially the service of the staff. The pickup from airport is punctual and smooth. My check in is handled by 龙龙 and he is very helpful and assist to ensure our stay is great. Thanks to his prompt arrangement and help we are able to locate the return coach that sent us back to hotel safely on a cold icy night. In addition, the bed was super comfortable and the room is really clean. Thanks to the warm and wonderful service provided by the hotel staff. Overall, a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The rooms are spacious. Great selection for breakfast (almost equivalent to lunch buffet). The most outstanding part of the hotel is the service. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer shuttle buses from and to Disneyland and the airport. They follow up on your location to make sure you don't miss your connections.

Good location if you go to the Disneyland. But it is far away from the railway station. Restaurant is good. Shuttle bus service is wonderful.

The hotel was very convenient, they provided the shuttle bus to theme park and room size was very big. It’s vey close the theme park around 15 mins. Very good service.

Very great location from Disney park, 9 mins, all facilities feel 5 stars hote. Breakfast was also great. Will be there again once we plan to go to disney.

Clean and very comfy hotel. The service provided was very good. Didn't have chance to try the breakfast, but should be good. Very close to airport.

Fantastic service. Even though there’re some language barriers, they try their best to serve and assist customers with the translation device. Anyway, there’s a male staff who speaks perfect English and made our stay more wonderful.
