Movie Hotel (Shanghai Bund City God Temple Store) anmeldelser

Booking for two consecutive days and found out that asking them to clean the room while we are going out results in nothing being clean but only to organize bed sheet. Disappointed

The receptionist that spoke English was fantastic. She was so helpful in securing a reservation for us at a specific restaurant as my Chinese is not fluent. The hotel is in a good location, however it is very old or looks old. It is also just has that dirty look from being old.. My friend had the same style room however I only had a chair in the other room but she had a couch and coffee table 😑 It wasn't a big deal as we were gona most of the time, bit proper furniturewould have been nice. Everything was old and run down though. There is NO electrical outlet in the bathroom, very important to know ahead of time. So to fix my hair for the nice restaurant, I had to run to a mirror and then run to where the kettle was to curl my hair. There was no mirror put in the living space either. The last day a roach came out to die in between the doorway of the bedroom and the living space. Sigh haha. At least it waited till the last day. The water pressure is really good and great hot water. If they did a deep clean and updated their furniture I would stay again, but until then... or bought furniture so they could properly decorate haha.

The receptionist didn't speak any English. She did her best to help us, provided us with adapters for free. The bathroom needs to be renovated, the water leaked from the sink and the shower looks like it needs to be renovated as well. Room was clean.

Very nice hotel, clean and big rooms good location nearby metro.

Main point: beds are pretty comfy. My wife slept like a bee in this hotel (She barely sleeps that deep)

No proper amenities and no line inside the hotel

位置沒得説，離城隍廟豫園都很近，但是衞生真的不行，第一天進去的時候地上有一攤黃色的液體，把我皮箱都整臟了，打電話前台讓她拖，答應我了，直到我出去玩，晚上10點回來問樓下前台，前台説收拾了，然後一進屋那攤黃色液體幹了，沒人拖，第二天早上出門我跟前台説今天收拾屋子的時候拖一下，出去玩晚上8點多回來，還是那樣，把被子給我鋪了一下，床單都沒説平一下，就把被子鋪上面，更別説拖地啥的，為啥就拖一下那麼簡單的東西拖不了？住2天一直那麼埋汰，。。以下照片衹是我拍的2張，剩下的我沒拍！

本來訂的酒店是魔於有戲電影灑店的，網車定位訂錯了被載到這個酒店，問前台是不是分店，前台説是分店但是訂那個店衹能在哪個店住，後面想拿個行李箱算了把之前的退了住這邊算了。就叫前台開一間房，剛好進來位客人前台服務員就先幫那個客人辦理入住了，我站在那裡叫她給我開一間房不知道是不是沒有聽到，前台服務員見是外國人進來又幫辦理入住舔🐶，我就自己在平台下單算了，下單好了去拿房卡它MD她説房間是沒有窗户的，一樣的價格前台開的就有窗户，而平台上寫的是沒窗與部分有窗。走廊和房間的地毯臟兮兮的有黴味，晚上睡覺會缺氧，空氣不流通垃圾中的垃圾酒店

房間挺好，我在這邊已經住了很多天，前台服務挺好，客房阿姨也很熱情，房間格局也特別漂亮，離城隍廟很近，就在香港名都也很近，走路到外灘衹有十幾分鍾，太方便了周邊也有地鐵去哪裡也特別方便，哎呀酒店真的挺好，值得推薦

設施：電影有會員，所以蠻多電影可以看，國片比較多，洋片比較少，熒幕和音效也都不錯 衞生：還算是乾淨，但是走廊會有點黴味房間也比較潮濕，但不影響休息 環境：交通方便旁邊就有商場，吃東西很方便，地鐵不會很遠 服務：服務生都非常專業，動作利落乾脆，客户體驗感特別棒👍還免費提供了有窗户的房間。 【【但唯一有點是，酒店會收50元按金，然後在退還時要求給5星好評的截圖才一併退還，這點不是很理解，最後溝通一下同意先退還按金了】】

總體來説，酒店很好，前台服務特別熱情，客房衞生也很乾凈，很喜歡這裏，離城隍廟很緊，走路5分鐘，大堂也很漂亮，房間風格也很漂亮，硬件也好，走路到外灘十幾分鍾值得推薦

都不知道怎麼形容這家酒店了，看離城隍廟不遠就定了，前台説可以給我免費升級套房，我還挺高興的，拿行李進去，樓道有一股形容不出來的味道，像臭腳丫子味道，不知道那個地毯洗過沒有，到房間一看，那根本不是套房，跟照片不符，房間裏的櫃子裏有各種枕頭，像是庫房，廁所有上一個客人用完剩下來的牙刷，床頭牆上也有垃圾，可能也是上一個客人留下來的，以為這些都可以忍，直到看到床墊底下的血漬，叫前台上來看看，前台服務特別不好，説忙，太晚了，都下班了，第二天退房以後一直在説給個好評，這個房間真的給不了好評

一出電梯到過道，地毯上都是一些小小的垃圾，味道非常臭，進到房間有黴黴的味道，為了不耽誤行程，想着忍忍吧，結果晚上凌晨回來，洗完澡後，拿開被子才發現床單都是爛的，大夜班，不想折騰…第二天去前台告知服務員，服務員愛搭不理，全程黑臉，對旅客提出的意見當沒聽到，一句不好意思都沒説，這態度讓人…可能暑假旅遊旺季吧，人家也不管你這些，反正整體體驗非常差
