A bit run down on the room. Given torn towels. Fortunately, the place is near Yu garden.

The room was generally good. Next to the mall. But the toilet was awful. I guess they didn't clean it up in good manner. Smelly of urine odor. Had to spray with my perfume to cover it up.

Booking for two consecutive days and found out that asking them to clean the room while we are going out results in nothing being clean but only to organize bed sheet. Disappointed

The receptionist that spoke English was fantastic. She was so helpful in securing a reservation for us at a specific restaurant as my Chinese is not fluent. The hotel is in a good location, however it is very old or looks old. It is also just has that dirty look from being old.. My friend had the same style room however I only had a chair in the other room but she had a couch and coffee table 😑 It wasn't a big deal as we were gona most of the time, bit proper furniturewould have been nice. Everything was old and run down though. There is NO electrical outlet in the bathroom, very important to know ahead of time. So to fix my hair for the nice restaurant, I had to run to a mirror and then run to where the kettle was to curl my hair. There was no mirror put in the living space either. The last day a roach came out to die in between the doorway of the bedroom and the living space. Sigh haha. At least it waited till the last day. The water pressure is really good and great hot water. If they did a deep clean and updated their furniture I would stay again, but until then... or bought furniture so they could properly decorate haha.

The receptionist didn't speak any English. She did her best to help us, provided us with adapters for free. The bathroom needs to be renovated, the water leaked from the sink and the shower looks like it needs to be renovated as well. Room was clean.

Very nice hotel, clean and big rooms good location nearby metro.

Main point: beds are pretty comfy. My wife slept like a bee in this hotel (She barely sleeps that deep)

No proper amenities and no line inside the hotel

Everything was good

這種水平不能叫酒店！就是純旅舍，衞生設施一言難盡！！房間沒有信號，出差的不要來住了，電話都打不通，電影就是個擺設，隔音效果也差，過道説話都聽得到！體驗感極差，價格和實際情況出入大，和鄉下旅舍一個水準！！真的難以想象在上海住到這種地方，商家主打一個能騙賺到一單是一單，差！！！！

Отель ужасен, грязь везде, воняет, страшно даже находиться там. Взяли на 7 ночей, сбежали в первое же утро, хороши получилось вернуть деньги. Полы в номере грязные и разбитые, на лампах вековая пыль, в ванной страшно находиться, и это мы взяли самый дорогой номер.

房間特別漂亮，前台服務態度也特別好，即城隍廟很近，裏面的花燈很漂亮，地理位置很好，硬件也是很不錯的，房間衞生也很乾凈，服務也是很棒的，值得推薦，晚上還可以看見東方明珠，是上海的標桿，很喜歡這裏
