We had a great time here with the breakfast varities which both my kids love ❤️. Free supper with limited choice but its free anyway. Free shuttle which is super convenient for us to get around. Will come back again 💕

A very satisfying and pleasant stay at Mercure Yu Garden for 6 nights. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Free drinks, coffee, tea and cookies are provided in the room. The breakfast has many varieties and delicious. Supper is provided. Shuttle bus is provided. Recommended!

While the hotel boasts a prime location and the cleaning service was commendable, these were the only positive aspects of my stay. The breakfast offerings were profoundly disappointing, and the dining hall staff demonstrated a distinct lack of basic manners. What was particularly alarming was the poor customer service at the front desk, the hotel’s primary point of contact. It is frankly astonishing and unacceptable that the food delivery robots exhibited more warmth and politeness than the human receptionists. Adding to this deeply troubling experience, the manager attempted to “bribe” me with a Labubu bag (easily purchased for approximately 3.99 yuan on Pinduoduo) in exchange for a positive review. This is not about the value of the bag itself, but rather the fact that a hotel within this reputable chain would resort to such tactics. Having stayed in numerous hotels of this brand across various countries, this establishment stands out as the absolute worst, significantly tarnishing the brand’s reputation. I sincerely hope this feedback serves as a catalyst for reflection and improvement for your future guests. The hotel have good service and also most important the toilet have bidet and also free minibar. Th3 staff Lucas ia very kind.

The room is spacious and nice. The staff here are friendly and kind enough to explain the itinerary and giving ideas on where to go for the solo travellers who can’t speak mandarin.

Room is spacious and clean. Hotel provide shuttle bus to the Bund,Yu Garden etc. Help us with our TB delivery/collection and send to our room via the robot. Opposite hotel there is a shopping mall.

Exceptional service from the minute you step into the hotel lobby. Warm welcome and easy quick check in. Check out was simply dropping off the cards. Hotel is beautiful clean and modern. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Across the road via safe overpass is shopping centre with food galore, very cheap and professional hair salon, dentist, spa treatment. Just 5 mins walk is Yu Garden. Absolutely amazing!  Will stay here again. We would rate it as 5 star ⭐️ hotel.

Friendly staff, we arrived early at 9am and early check in was allowed . Really thankful for it as kids were tired after red eye flight. Washing machines and dryer are available for free -plus point especially during raining seasons. Supper daily from 9pm to 10.30pm serving wantan, porridge and noodles are perfect for us. Hotel location is strategic withba small shopping mall opposite. Hotel provides shutters to MRT stations and attractions nearby.

The hotel staff are very friendly . They even decorate the room for us when they knew we are here to celebrate anniversary. Hotel offered free shuttle to a few popular tourist spots - for drop off only no pickup. Hotel room is clean and spacious Lots of varieties for breakfast
