A little bit dissatisfied because at 5pm our room wasn’t ready and they’ve offered us to wait 2 hours more. We couldn’t wait so hotel gave us room without city view and with 1 bed instead of 2.
Location is also not in the city center but near subway.
For other moments everything was excellent: rooms are big and clean, breakfast is amazing - you can find anything you want.

Location is great, the hotel is a little bit old but clean. The stuff is nice, professional and friendly. But the swimming pool is so small, and it’s not possible to swim in there. The kids have the swimming classes and the guests have no chance to swim.
Before the parking was for free for the guests, and now we have to pay for every night.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel is elegantly furnished with a modern and luxurious touch. The facilities are excellent, enhancing the comfort and convenience of my visit. Although I didn't get to try the food, the overall experience was impressive enough that I'll definitely be returning.

Booked by accident - Ctrip wouldn’t refund . So I had to go . Great staff . Great amenities. Fitness and pool facilities were nice . Breakfast was good. . Staff again was friendly . Tv wasn’t large but it’s all good . 7 min walk to 上海站 （Shanghai Railway) .

The accommodation was outstanding! The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the local area. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

We picked this hotel partly due to the Marriott brand.
Whilst experience we had in Shanghai was generally unfriendly, the staff are wonderfully kind and service was heartwarming - feels like home.
We were in many instances which we require the hotel's support and they were able to sufficiently support.
Nothing bad about this hotel at all. Note that Didi to Yu Gardens / Nanjing Walking Street is about 15 minutes. The tranquility of the hotel area makes up for it.
Worth considering for families.

The hotel was really over my expectations, as it was very price competitive I was a bit afraid to be bad, but it turns to be amazing as the others Mariots I have been in US! The breakfast was full of options and the room was big and clean, there were even gifts for my kids! It was me, my wife and two kids, we were there and visited Shanghai Disney resort!
