come here to have some sightseeing, come stay here, really with bathtub, wow i like it, and big spacious room, come with fridge, washing machine and microwave other amenities. air-conditioning comes with heather, enjoy my stay here, front desk help me to store my luggage after check out, thanks

Strategic location about100 meter away from MRT exit 10, nearby many shopping mall raffle city changing. But a little bit noisy with the train station.

They gave me a new room which was really nice and clean. Bed super comfortable and good smell. Staff was friendly and made me feel welcome I would definitely stay again there.

The room is dated and slippers were not provided.  My sleep was interrupted by noise from the aircon blower and the passing-by train. It proximity to the metro station is really a big plus.

I like the location. Value for money

I've had a long month. I stayed at a hotel in Shenzhen, three in Hong Kong, and two in Shanghai. This place was the best. I was a bit surprised because after I booked, I read some bad reviews about this place. I'm not sure why the reviews were so bad, though. Sure, the metro line nearby is a bit noisy, but in that case, every hotel near line 3/4 will have a bad review. This place was a lot better than that Spacetime Kingtown place that's in the same building. (It was cheaper AND had a refrigerator, too.)

Location is superb, it’s only 5 mins from subway line 2 zhongshan park, exit 10 Under the subway also have connection with mall. There are many shops likes mcdonalds, dairy queen, tesla etc.

It’s Been a very convenient stay easy trip by line 2 to the financial district and city center. It was fun

Service is very easy. If you can’t understand any Chinese language this stay will be very difficult.

Nice place, I’m pretty satisfied. You can hear the train, but if you have one of the higher floor apartments, then you’ll be fine. Totally recommend.

This hotel has a great location right on the central subway line 2 with 100 meters walking from the subway exit. The room had all facilities mentioned yet there was no detergent for the laundry machine. Bed covers as well as towels were clean and dry but noticeably overused. The AC worked properly but the central ventilation system worked horribly. We turned it off after a couple minutes after its usage. It spread all the dust from the central ventilation collector. The reception desk service could be much more efficient. We had a situation. We left our paper bags from our train journey with some desposable (packed and unused) utensils and other personal stuff (a book). The room service for unknown reason decided that those huge accuratly storaged under the table bags are rubbish and threw them. The receptionist found nothing better than call to the service room and gave me a phone to talk to the person who cleaned it. Like it wasn't her concern at all proposing me dealing with hotel service. Nothing was compensated. They just don't give any meaning to it. For that reason that my book that I read in the train with all carefully prepared small and usefull things for the long journey gone the curent rating was given.

The location is great , it’s just a minute walk to line 2 subway station ( Zhongshan park ) . There is an ABC bank, Starbucks , restaurants around. The receptionists don’t speak English , however they can call a manager who speaks English very well. The deposit is 50 yuan which you can get back at the end of your stay ( just don’t lose a receipt ) . Enjoy your stay 😉

Budget hotel. You get what you spend. The location is great nearby subways malls and restaurants. The room was just enough to sleep for a night. Privacy also good but amenities almost zero. The heater worked bad as well.

地下鉄２号線と３．４号線の結節点である中山公園駅至近 主要な観光地や高鉄上海南駅や虹橋駅、虹橋・浦東空港に１本で行ける立地の良さ 地下鉄中山公園駅10番出口を上がって道路を渡れば目の前のビル（徒歩1分20ｍ） 1楷にはローソン、対面にはファミリーマートがある ホテル（ビル自体の入り口も）の入り口は1階には無く二階から入る（1階には駐車場の入り口とラーメン屋と焼き肉店等しかない） エントランスに上がるにはエスカレーター２本と階段があるがエスカレーターは１本は明らかに壊れておりもう1本も動いていたり動いていなかったり（夜と雨の日は止まっているよう） 到着が夜半だったため入り口がわからず20分ほど彷徨った （二階に上がる階段が寂れていて、しかも暗い為廃墟っぽい） 二階のロビーカウンターでこのビルに入っている全てのホテルのチェックイン、アウトに対応する その為パスポートを提示するだけでなく自分がなんというホテルのゲストなのかを申告する必要がある カードキーのデポジットに50元必要 エレベーターは4基有るが古いため遅く、出前ライダーがやたら乗るので混み合う また出前ライダーが直接部屋まで行くのでセキュリティーは良くない 部屋の作りはワンルームのアパートっぽい造りで入ってすぐシンクと２ドア冷凍冷蔵庫と部屋によっては電子レンジも有る 洗面所には洗濯機（洗剤はない） も有り室内物干しも準備されている ｗベッドの他にダイニングテーブルとダイニングチェアとほぼ使うことがなさげなソファーがあり別に仕事や勉強が出来るデスクとチェアが有る 元々長期滞在者（出張者向け）用の部屋だと思われる シャワー、トイレ共に水量、湯量、湯温に問題はない テレビあるがチューナーレスでLAN接続のチューナーユニットで試聴するようだ いろいろ触ってみたが日本人の私には操作法が解明出来なかった 無料WIFIは電波も強いがGoogleやX、LINEなどの日本人が必要とするモノには残念ながら総て繋がらない ベットはダブル、清潔なシーツではあるが一晩寝るとなにか（蚊ではない）に何ヶ所か刺されたようで痒い 犯人は発見できなかったが何かいるのかもしれない（古い建物で掃除も行き届いていないのでなにかいても不思議ではない） 古い建物なので窓の密閉も良くないのか驚くほど外の騒音が聞こえる 21階と26階に泊まったが割と高層階なのに直下の高架鉄道の騒音が凄く聞こえる またドアの気密も悪いのか部屋の中の営みの声や音がビックリするぐらい大きく廊下に漏れている カップルは注意が必要(笑) 全館禁煙 周りに大きなモールが2カ所、コンビニ3カ所、食堂などは無数に有り食事等は全く困らない ロケーションは物凄く良いがリピートするかといわれるとちょっと考えてしまいます 虫が居なければ悪くないんだけれど 総評：価格相応 大都会上海でこれだけの良ロケーションで且つ清潔な環境とセキュリティー、教育が行き届いた従業員を求めるなら最低でもこの倍額は必要と思われる なのでこの金額でこのロケーションで有れば他は我慢するしかない
