Hotel is a little old but more importantly, Executive Lounge was closed and shifted to restaurant downstairs. Food options for afternoon tea and cocktail hours had very little variety. Breakfast was only slightly better but still not of Marriott standard. Except for check in which was very good and fast and staff was efficient, otherwise everything else are lacking the Marriott and 5 star standard. What was most preposterous is during breakfast, several guests took the scoop spoon for the sauces and put into the mouth to taste the sauce and then proceeded to put the same spoon back into the same sauce bowl he tasted from. Staff didn’t do anything at all. I do not think this is acceptable in any part of the world. Quite disappointed overall.

The front desk lady is not very nice. She treated me differently than the domestic guests. She didn’t even tell me I can access the lounge though I booked an executive floor room. The room itself is good, the house keeping team is very nice. The breakfast is not good as the price. Even worse than a 4 star hotel. Most items are lukewarm, not hot and fresh. I had a dinner in the hotel restaurant, the food is bad too.

Room amenities and facilities quite out fashioned compared to newer hotels. Breakfast food choices are OK, but quality medium.

The service and ambiance was absolutely spectacular!!! I can’t wait to visit again!

紅塔酒店是我體驗過的非常優秀的酒店，酒店的外觀大氣典雅，內部裝修豪華精緻。房間乾淨整潔，環境安靜舒適，讓我能夠充分放鬆身心。酒店的服務人員態度親切友好，專業素養高，前台樓小姐總是能及時滿足我的需求。酒店的位置也很優越，周邊環境優美，出行十分便利。在這裏居住的時光讓我非常愉悦，我會毫不猶豫地再次選擇入住這家酒店，大力推薦！

交通便利，處浦東核心區域，房間維護很好，餐食豐盛，禮賓酒廊的工作人員服務周到且不過分，好評，下次還會來！

老酒店，歷久彌新，服務熱情，響應很快，酒廊的酒品選擇很多，床非常舒服，九十年代的豪華感被保存的很好，有獨特的魅力和合理的價格。

設施：入住東方套房，房間很大，除了基礎客廳外還有一個客衞。設施都比較老，但是養護的很好，都可以正常使用，也沒有什麼破損的痕跡。有新更換一些設施，像插座、電視等，但總體保留了老瑞吉的風格。 衞生：房間內衞生沒有問題，但是玻璃窗外有點臟。 環境：很有年代感，交通十分方便，附近商户也很齊全。 服務：配備人手較少。早餐補餐很少。酒廊的服務很熱情。

娃中考就在對面洋涇學校，所以算訂個考試房，入住時前台問有何要求，那肯定是要安靜了，達到安靜的要求。賓館總體較陳舊，自帶的地下停車場入口要繞道賓館後面的路上，而且下到停車場的路很窄，衹能進小車，超過五米的小車也很難開。房間內的水盆水龍頭是最不方便的，盆淺，龍頭又非常短，怎麼用怎麼不舒服。其他就這樣吧，八百多一晚的價格，性價比不高。

孩子在酒店對面中考，我提前2個月就訂了酒店衹想安排最高層最好的大套房。酒店服務非常到位，知道我家中考需求全部滿足。 房間晚上睡覺非常安靜，隔音很好，外面馬路上的車聲都聽不到。孩子休息的很舒服，晚上睡的很好。 中考的天氣很熱，酒店房間裏空調很給力，體感涼快舒適。 中考的午餐都是在酒店4樓中餐廳吃的，菜很美味食材新鮮。給下午的考試加持了身體的能量。 房間從前台到房間打掃到客服見到我家就送上滿滿的中考祝福，讓我們入住的身心都舒適愉快，非常感謝！

老飯店了，二十幾年前來住的時候覺得挺好的，這次來懷舊一下，明顯地表現出老態龍鍾。 三伏熱天，房間內冷氣不冷，還透出一股陳舊的黴味，唉！真的是老了！

這是老瑞吉酒店，酒店的裝飾都是old fashion的，但是能看出來當時都是很豪華的，美中不足就是設施老舊了，應該翻新了
