Very approachable front desk best location to nanjingroad and waitan area good location bus and train accessible

The room was a little small but comfortable enough. The location did mean you had to travel a lot to get places but not a huge problem. Staff don’t speak English but you can communicate using phones. Overall it worked well as our base in Shanghai for 5 days

Quite far from public transport. But close by the river for a nice evening walk. It is possible to walk back to the hotel from the Bund.

Service was good, staff did not speak much English but used translator to communicate and were helpful. Breakfasts was good, they have a coffee machine. Nanpu bridge metro station is about a 10 minute walk but you also have bus stop at ＜5 minute walk that can take you to the bund in 10-15 minutes. Room was clean

Good hotel, they implemented technology into their hotel like automated robot that sends up the delivery to the guest and automated toilet that has various functions for us to explore.

房間衞生乾淨 設施：設施設備齊全 環境：在黃浦江旁邊；去周邊都很方便 服務：服務好；特別親切；有問題諮詢第一時間回覆；對於我們年齡大的；很多不懂的幫助很大；出行真的很方便；強烈推薦

夜景很美，但是陽台沒有燈。而且地板很臟，圍欄毛坯。走廊有很重的煙味，看得出房子有些年代了，地毯也是臟臟的。這麼多好評讓我懷疑自己是不是挑剔了。洗澡水也不夠大，住了一天就走了，這還是這裏最貴的房間。房間內設施也是舊的，按鍵都模糊了不知道為什麼，打開電視看還要我自己買vip才能看。前台很友好，還送了小禮物，但是我覺得還是得實話實説吧。我住進來確定沒那麼滿意。
