Basically no air-conditioning, the room was 26.4 degrees. Ask the front desk for Assistance but they say nothing they can do about it.

The A/C is not working, asked someone to fix, they did have a look but only check it in the room once after that never come back and it never been fixed. 

Stayed there for two nights. Clean hotel, nice room. Taxi driver had trouble to find a entrance to the hotel, so maybe they should put signs to navigate. Very close to the airport, super solution to come here, overnight and go to the airport for an early morning flight. Huge hotel, many hotels in the same resort. Children's playground is big, spacious, but it needs to be cleaned sometimes. It's extra charge. Breakfast is good. We'll come back for sure.

We had a short but good stay waiting for our flight in the morning. The hotel had got everything you need however lobby and restaurant were extremely cold! Need for improvement!

Close to Pudong Airport, 20 mins drive. Rooms are big, clean, warm and very comfortable. Airplanes flying all the time, every 30-40 mins, a little bit annoying during the night. Gym is nice. Staff are not helpful, they are very slow, and don’t really understand what to do, even though we speak Chinese

Everything was perfect. Nice, clean, big room, variety breakfast, kind and polite people on the front desk and in front of the hotel.

Top Hotel. Friendly staff, exiting place for children and great rooms. Good breakfast with much varieties. Rooms with good view to sea

İt was cold in the room.

A very new hotel 15 min from the airport. Generally good room although a bit warm. The shuttle bus to airport is as shown below. However the attitude of the bus driver leaves a bad taste

Sadly looks like it has been hard hit by covid. Area is totally run down - walking/running track; camping area; basement play area. Guest room comfortable, BUT the carpets smell so bad of unwelcome smells !! Bathroom great. Restaurant a la carte very good standard of cooking but again many items not available including shanghai noodles !! Reception staff upon arrival lovely and friendly and speak great English. Check out Reception spoke NO English. Area is far from anywhere ...

I had a fantastic stay back in October. The hotel was fantastic and really clean, the swimming pool and amenities were amazing. In particular, the staff were outstanding. The receptionist I dealt with Vicky Liu was so friendly and helpful and made my stay even better. She was welcoming and kind.

This was a great place to check in.. The quality of the hotel was amazing for a cheaper price. It’s a bit isolated, but if you are trying to escape the city and take a break, this is the place.

The hotel literally doesn’t look as pictures at all. Quite abandoned

we booked the hotel for its easy access to the airport. takes exactly 15 mins door to door by taxi. they have free shuttle which starts around 6 am and goes very frequently. we needed an earlier departure, so hotel helped to book a taxi. the check in was very slow at 9pm, ladies at the lobby seemed to be quite new to the job, but still very polite. the room was as described and had a balcony. a bit weird to have a transparent door to the toilet. room and bathroom feel new and clean great bed, walk in closet. there was nothing open at 5 am to get a coffee. the hotel is at a very remote area. overall very satisfied, but the hotel could have offered some 24/7 light breakfast options . it could benefit from 24/7 spa as well.
