Hotel location was amazing good. Right beside of the nanjing pedestrian road. However, the drainage system was quite smelly after flushed. Way to improve on the drainage system.

The hotel location is very strategic and convenient with lots of foods and shops to choose from.

It was ok but not at the same level of other Vienna hotels in china. Basic accommodation but very well located

The hotel is too noisy you will not be able to sleep at all rooms are small and bathroom wall is glass, I booked for 8 days and tried to cancel after the second day but they refused. It is only good for the location, but you’ll never be able to sleep from the noises.

Well where do I start. Room was very very dirty, curtains full of stains, bathroom full of mould and silicone coming away. Quite possibly the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You could hear the entire street as well as everyone else in their room. The shower was cold and aircon did not work. Would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Just right next to Nanjing street. The room is ok for a family of 4. Staffs are awesome with well communication with Alipay translation :) Highly recommended.

Location was perfect on pedestrian street. However car access is limited, and we had to be dropped off a few blocks away and have to drag our luggage to the hotel. Not optimal. Room was small and cramped. Bed was comfortable.

The walls are thin you can hear all the noise from outside the room is ridiculously small barely enough space for two people to move housekeeping only replaces water bottles and leaves trash cans were never emptied during my stay and worst the bathroom sink drains release sewer smell

It is in very good location, just a few steps and you will reach the busy nanjing road. Walkable to the bund for 15 mins only. The room is quite small, can only accomodate 2 big luggages, but it is very clean.

Very convenient location! Near to the shopping district, a very affordable option for travellers

Best location from hotel we can walk to People’s square station easily.the room size is mostly small.

Stayed for 3 nights, location is great. Its very near to Nanjing Road Pedestrian. There are a lot of food just outside the hotel and the 1st food mall is just in front of the hotel. They always clean the room, change bath towel and refill bottles of water everyday. Hot and Cold shower is great. Stayed at 6th floor, over-all stay was excellent. Thank you Vienna Hotel.
