Great hotel near Hongqiao airport. Rooms are big and breakfast is great. Cofee is excellent. Robot delivery service was cool :) We had a lovely stay and I would certainly recommend this hotel.

I really appreciate the staff, they are welcoming and friendly. We checked in late night and they were still able to accommodate us.
Breakfast is great, there are many options and all are freshly made.
Room is quite large and clean. They provide slippers everyday and change towels and water everyday.
They also have an internet cafe, meeting rooms, lobby for waiting.
We were attendees of the Automechanika Shanghai and this hotel is quite convenient for metro or taxi to the National Exhibition Center.
Overall, our stay has been great. I recommend this hotel and will definitely book again when visiting Shanghai.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I had to go to the airport by 6.15 . Facilitied my breakfast. Booked the taxi. Wonderful part was that she came out talked with taxi driver and said good bye with great gesture . Awesome service.

We accidentally have to stay in Shanghai since we can't book any bullet train tickets to Yiwu.
Booked Holiday Inn Express hotel by online when we're stuck in Hongqiao station.
But gratefully our rooms are upgraded by hotel staff and she assisted us with her smile and politely
Not only that, even when I asked for help using the freezer, the staff immediately took me to the kitchen to store my items.
Apart from that, the hotel's location is also very convenient, besides the convenience shop, fruit shop, laundry, there are also restaurants, food stalls and even a mall which is less than 200 meters from the hotel.
I will definitely stay at this hotel if I return to Shanghai, especially Hongqiao station

This is an awful place to stay. They give me a room on the third floor and once get in the room has a strange smell like draining pipes were open. Ityey changed the room but did not ask or say we will check. The staff is really unuseful. I went to the laundry corner and they place a sticker for pay the service. The machine was not working i called The staff and they say you do not need to pay and when I asked why then there is a stickers saying we have to pay? There were no answer and they have not returnes me the money. In the morning the manager a very savage and unpolite woman was so rude when i asked for equal.
