Atour Hotel (Shanghai The Bund, Old Wharf)

Atour hotel was recommended by my HK friend. First time I stay in this hotel chain and their hotel attendance team was superb! Good Team work, helpful and always going to the extra miles. Specially mention to a hotel attendant named 小赵. He was helpful with good manners and given us lots of helping hand to unbox my puzzle and to repack in lighter weight. For such excellent service, I tips him n he refuses to take saying that’s his job to ensure we hotel guest well taken care off. Then we bought some food for him also he says not right for him to take as that’s his job. Very professional and well manner gentleman. Give him a like!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Hotel is with washer and dryer. Clean and tidy room free to be used by hotel guest. If room can have fridge and safe box will be even better. Also extra hanger for towel will be much appreciated since two person stay in a room. Currently only one hanger to hang one towel. Location was so so comparing to our earlier hotel attendant Huaihai road. But with such warm hospitality so well compensated. Good hotel, closer to metro, no view, good rooms and Excellent service. Their shampoo, body wash and conditions are extremely good.

Friendly staff. Everything is good except the noise isolation of the hotel room to corridor is not so good. Was woke up due to knocking door sound by next door in the midnight

The hotel was okay - rooms were clean but showed minor wear. Housekeeping missed some details. Comfortable bed but thin walls made it noisy. Breakfast was limited and pricey. Staff were polite but slow with requests. Decent for the price, but nothing special. Would stay again if needed.

I found the hotel staff as helpful as they could with an English speaking traveller. Unfortunately not having hot water for 3 days was not ideal. Buffet breakfast outstanding with a lot of variety for this hotel branch

The place is nice and clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood and easy to travel to many famous attractions (about 5 mins walk to metro) The staffs are really nice and helpful despite them not knowing English so much (Google translation is needed) The cleaning staffs are changing the bed sheets, towels and toiletries every day so you don’t have to worry about the cleanliness. One of my recommended hotel for sure!
