Room is clean and the size is ok. Location is convenient too. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station.

The location near the metro station, minimart, and a lot of restaurants nearby. The room also clean but the we can hear the noisy sound from corridor or neighbor even we closed door and windows.

Not to far from 2 line of metro so easy to go anywhere... Elevator was big.... The staff really kind and helpfull The cleaning lady so bright.... Next trip i will back to this hotel again

Friendly and helpful receptionist! Metro station is just approximately 100m away from the hotel. Metro station is red line, and it’s situated at the center of metro map.

This hotel has a good service when my phone is misssing the both of them help us to declare for police and help anything.

My worse nightmare. The towel given is smelly and the room is very dirty. Full of cigarettes smell even the corridor. Regret to book for two nights.

The hotel is only worth the money for its location. Due to several hours of flight delays, we only reached the hotel around 3 AM. The hotel does not offer 24-hour front desk service, and the staff who registered us had a very unfriendly black face and strict attitude, likely because he had to work overtime to accommodate us. The hotel reached out to us at night to check on our arrival time, but we were unable to respond because the communication was via email and I couldn't reply directly. Luckily, I contacted Trip's customer service team, and they helped respond to the hotel on our behalf. Please do not indicate 24-hour front desk if that is not the truth. The only person there during midnight is the security guard. We booked three rooms for the family, and normally hotels will assign rooms on the same floor, especially if the elevator requires an access card for different levels. However, they offered us two rooms on Level 3 and one room on Level 2, which was very inconvenient for us to access other family members' rooms, especially since it was our first time and first night in Shanghai, and we arrived at midnight. Fortunately, we requested to be moved to rooms on the same floor for the second night, and they agreed. Overall, the room assignment was inconsiderate. The room is extremely small, and the layout is very awkward, making it difficult to accommodate two people. Looking forward for improvement.

Location is off but fortunately near to metro Line 1 for easy access to city centre... nearby lots of street foods ...

The room is clean and the location is really close to the metro station. Recommended!

Recommend to stay for its strategic location and within walking distance to Xinzha Road and West Nanjing Road subway station.

Location is perfect, close to Nanjing Road and People's Square. 2 minutes walk from a street full of restaurants and street food. Lively neighbourhood. Hotel is great, the staff is really nice and helpful even if you don't speak Chinese. Isolation for temperature and noise is not the best. Better bring ear plugs. The room is small but not a problem, enough for a hotel room. Note: the front of the hotel is not like the pics on trip.com, but the rooms are the same as the pics so no worries. 

Good location, good service however they are not good in english but they try to communicate by google translate. When the problem has occured, they help to full refund.

Everything was up to expection except that the house keeping lady took by mistake my personal towel and denied that, when they checked with the laundry they found it an returned it back. The reception personnel are awesome, very kind and helpful especially Mrs. Moonquaqe she did her best to help and support. Location is great just 120 meters far from Xinzha metro station. Exit 5 .
