We gave 5 stars rating based on 1) Receptionist was friendly and they provided free cold and hot drink at the lobby. 2) Modern designed and new facilities especially the toilet, 3) The hotel official check out time is 1400, but given us till 4 pm by request as we checked in late at 1600++ the previous day. 4) Located in the residential area near the Pu Tou Hospital with every daily supplies and basic needs at local price as compared to other area with much higher touristic prices. Easy to go by local buses as well as Metro station no far away. 5) Good and plenty of choice of economy fast food restaurant next door and plenty of buns,cake and fruit shops nearby which opens till 9 pm. We have forgotten to take pictures of the hotel facilities and after checked out, took photos of the restaurant next door.

I had a great stay at Qingji MINI Hotel Shanghai! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. What really made the experience special was the staff—everyone was so nice and friendly. I want to especially thank Xiaolin, who helped us during our stay. She was incredibly kind and made us feel very welcome.

Terrible experience. The night I arrived they didn't want to check me in and told me to find another hotel. I had a replacement passport given by the Chinese police with legal value but they refused to accept it. Only after 40 minutes and after calling the police they gave me a room. The room had a heavy smell of mold that kept me awake all night. They changed my room but the new one was really superficially cleaned. The sheets and the bathroom were full of hair and body hairs. The smell was similar to that of durian, disgusting. They showed me another room, but in that one, someone had smoked and the smell was unbearable. The soundproofing is terrible. If you want to rest, don't come to this hotel.
