The female front desk staff is so supportive and responsive.. She is a true example of how a front desk staff should act! The room was clean and spotless, nothing to complain about!! I forgot to ask her name but I checked in around 1 pm on 23rd of August. Please let me know if you know her name!

Forgotten to take photo of the hotel. Anyway, is a new and clean hotel with smart toilet seat. Good stay for people who need traveling to the Shangjai railway station early in the morning.

the room was great, the location was a bit hard to find since it’s on the second floor of a building and i couldn’t see the sign.

The first day I told them the shower drain is clogged, they didn’t solve the problem. There was work in the shop on the first floor of the hotel (power tools); it was right underneath my room, it was like they were working in my room and the last night I woke up at 7:30 with the sounds of the power tools. Price is too high for the room I paid with the problem that come from it; but it’s Shanghai. Nevertheless, suitable for solo traveler not for couple.

We would highly recommend this place! The staff is very friendly and the room is very clean. The location is good, a bit far from the Metro, but easy to get a taxi.

Nice clean room with a big window, Location was good and we found it directly. Hotel is on the 2nd floor but during our departure a nice staff member helped us with our luggage! There was a possibility to get ramyun, so when we came in the evening we could still eat something fast. Sadly the WiFi didn’t work for us, but maybe it was our fault because we don’t have a Chinese phone number. Very comfy bed! Overall we had an amazing stay.

The checking in experience was so fast and the receptionist guy helped me with the bag. Yes! There’s no lift because the hotel is on the second floor. The room is soooo clean and the bed is soft. The lady in the reception is also very kind to help me with my laundry for free. Found a gem in shanghai. Worth the stay.
