Hotel lidt langt fra metroen men meget venligt personale.
Det eneste negative punkt på dette hotel vil jeg sige, at det er renligheden af værelset. Da jeg tjekkede ind, var bordet og gulvet en smule beskidt. Det var ikke, hvad jeg forventede for et 4-stjernet hotel.

JINGLAI made our stay a cozy experience, its facilities new and clean, the friendly service people and the children at the reception good people, very attentive and helpful. Without hesitation I would always come back!!

Breakfast was mediocre, the service for morning breakfast was cold and seems like rushing their patrons away. Sound proof of the hotel is poor, we could hear our neighbour's conversation/shouting etc... No doubt some of the front desk staff is very helpful. Location is convenient with many eateries around.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Whenever I asked a question, they responded reluctantly, as if they had no interest in their job. Every time I needed something delivered, they claimed no one was available. The front desk was often unattended. One night, when we ran out of shower gel and requested some, they refused to deliver it, how were we supposed to shower? On the last day, even when they saw us struggling with multiple suitcases, they didn’t offer any help.

After being out all day, I returned to a room which had not been cleaned. I expected more from the hotel, as I wanted to return to a clean environment where I could plan for my upcoming trip.

It's a great hotel but the location is a little further away from the touristy areas. Had to change my room after 1st night because the cigarette smoke filters into the room and struggled to breath all night . You need to make your rooms non-smoking or reconfigure/clean your air filtration system, it's unfair to non-smokers to go through this ordeal. I'm sure smokers have no problem breathing clean air either.
