I have stayed in lots of hotels around the world. Can surely say this one is almost perfect. I have some small details that I’d like to be better in the hotel but I guess for the others they are not serious. Can honestly recommend this hotel!

The hotel room is nice, tidy and clean. Very close to the metro station, all staffs are really friendly, easy access to laundry which is good for tourists that travelled around in China.

The hotel is quite friendly environment, they located opposite go Metro Hanzhong line 2,12,13 very easy to access everywhere in shanghai, to Disneyland, To people square, nanjing road, the bund, also to the new pudong area, Haichang Ocean Park, Astronomy Museum, …. Hotel offers free mini bar, snack, free laundry, i gave tip 100¥ to Room service for appreciated their service, surprisingly, they returned with kindness greeting words. Staffs don’t speak english but no issue, they have translate machine, no issue in the communication

Excellent hotel, very convenient location, wonderful staff. Lived in the hotel for about a month. The administrator is a true professional, the best in his field.

The hotel is good, clean and the location is very near other destinations and convenient for the transportation.

extremely good!!!! i have stayed at big brand hotels before & i must say their service & amenities provided are way exceeding expectations!!! but because they r offering so much, pls adjust ur expectations accordingly as the staff there can be overwhelmed w the many requests!! will defo visit there again if im going back (-;

Location is very convenient. Outside the hotel has a train station, local wet market, and some restaurants. There is a small shopping mall within 5 minutes walk. Room is very spacious and clean. There is a toilet bidet inside. Outside the hotel, there is a view of river as well. Photograph as attached. Staffs are also very friendly. Would come again.

Whether I needed directions, restaurant recommendations, or help with anything else, they were always ready to assist with warmth and efficiency. 3. Nearby Amenities - There’s a lovely river just behind the hotel, perfect for a relaxing walk or jog. It’s a great place to unwind, especially in the evenings. Additionally, there’s a kids’ playground nearby, which is perfect for families traveling with young ones. It’s a nice spot to let the kids run around before heading back to the hotel. 4. Spacious Rooms - I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the hotel room. It was huge, providing plenty of space to move around and relax after a day of exploring. The room was also well-equipped, comfortable, and clean, which made for a very enjoyable stay. Overall: This hotel was a fantastic choice for my stay in Shanghai. The location is super convenient, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the nearby amenities make it even better. The large rooms are definitely a big bonus too. I’ll absolutely be coming back the next time I’m in Shanghai! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and easy access to the city’s attractions.

The best hotel I ever stay. Not the big brand but they equipped with everything I need. The location is super convenient, it’s just right opposite of the metro station. The service crew makes me feel so warm as they are very attentive, friendly and helpful. This hotel generally anticipate the need of every type of guest, they provide complimentary service such as all sort of first aid, make up removal wipes, hair spray, foot soaking bucket (in case we walk too much 😅), room setup for special occasion etc. the hotel also comes with washer and dryer make my stay at China became so easy. Will definitely stay the same chain if available.

This is located very close to Hanzhong Road Metro, exit number 2 & 3. Went to the Shanghai Zoo while staying here, and it was easily accessible via Metro. Staffs were very helpful and informative. We got assistance with free laundry machine, and also with heating up of food using their microwave oven. There is a working table in the room, so if you need to use your laptop it is very useful. There is also a Hippo mini Mart nearby.

Shanghai Hotel 1. Location : the Hotel location is really near with the city, and east to access by MRT Hanzhong Road. You can use exit 3 as there are 2 escalators (up/down) for you to mobilize with the luggage 2. facilities : this hotel has extraordinary facilites. Every amenity in the room is super complete and feels like a premium. Everyday the water and the free soft drink also snacks are always filled up. You also can dona free laundry by yourself. Even they provide a free late snack and early breakfast. 3. environment : as during the day and night there is no significant noise or loud from other room which make us feel comfortable during our stay. Its perfect for those who wants to have a calm and tranquil hotel but still near with the city center 4. staff : the staffs are friendly and helpful even they explained every detail of the facilities to us Overall the experience on this hotel is the best one. Definitely will come back to this hotel when travelling in Shanghai

Highly recommended. It's extremely close to the metro, just across the streets. There are also 3 shophouses that sell decent food right beside the hotel (we recommend the stall at the furthest end). Service is impeccable, room is extremely clean and spacious. Free laundry is cherry on top which we greatly appreciate. We will definitely return to this hotel if we come to Shanghai again.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful service. Quiet area of Shanghai right next to a subway station that gets you everywhere. Staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort of guests. Left my laptop on accident and they express shipped to me.
