This is my first time staying at this hotel, and I’m impressed as it’s the cleanest and most comfortable hotel I’ve experienced. Everything was just perfect. The mattress and pillows were incredibly soft. I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. I didn’t get a chance to go to the swimming pool as I was busy with the wedding, but I’ll definitely come back and book the same room, 517!

I booked double bed . They give me 2 single bed combine to be 1 and bed have one high and low . And don’t have the long sofa chair . Last time I went here have the long sofa chair it’s very comfortable . I booked it same room type with last time .different with the official picture

Hotel is good. Clean and good hospitality. Buffet breakfast is also good. It’s just that no toiletries like tooth brish is provided. No notepad or pencil provoded making it a hasle to call the front dest and ask.

Hotel room is good, the food is good, in room service dinner is so chill! Breakfast choices not much but very enough. The only problem is the hotel call us urgently before the date we check in, tell us that the hotel is facing electric shortage and ask us to change the check in date (yes they don’t allow us to cancel and refund for the booking)

The whole is just fine but when the reception inform us abt technical issue due to TNb do some maintenance i bit dissapoint. Maybe the hotel need to inform us early….. zzzz. Overall the hotel itself good. Tq

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The exit lift and path towards the hotel have poor ventilation, as it's a closed area without air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable. However, the room itself was very clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable, making for a restful night. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it was functional. The hotel breakfast was of a standard quality, nothing too special but still decent. One downside was the limited food options in the area, as the hotel is surrounded by an industrial zone. On the plus side, parking was free and easy to find, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which definitely made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it's a good option if you're just looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with easy access and parking.

This is my second visit, the receptionist this time were rather rude. He yawned while talking to me when I ask him about bed type. I was gutted by his attitude. Wasn’t expecting that because my first visit was very pleasant. This time round the receptionist are rather showing the vibe of “I’m too good to serve you”. It’s unpleasant. Although the room were quite new and it is in a rather quiet area. But for their services I encounter this time. I’m taken aback. Breakfast were good. Room are clean and amenities are upon request, even hair dryer. There are plenty of books at the lobby to browse through, quite interesting.

This is my third time stay this hotel,from the first experience that i stay was very good,until this tiem i was so dissapointed that the room was full of dust and i was told that there was no slipper if i need it have to request but in the end when i request and get a spoilt slipper..
