Kirsten on Reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. Room was great, nice size with good facilities & Bed was very comfortable. Good restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. Good parking on site too . Overall hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff and good facilities

Stayed here for one night as we had a party to attend at the Birchwood Country Club. We chose a Premier Plus room and were very happy with both the room and with the service we recieved. We had an excellent sleep and would definitely stay again if we needed a hotel in this area. We had a couple of minor issues but these were dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction. The exterior car park needs a clean, really lets the place down.

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super comfortable, staff are so kind and are eager to please. Bonus the beefeater is connected and they pride themselves in the care free dining experience. The food is delicious and beautifully presented.

The place is a building site when you enter reception. Very dirty. When we saw the room and the small double bed we decided to leave and not spend the night in this pigsty. We just wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay whilst we joined friends for dinner in the area. We could not stay in such a place and decided not to drink at dinner and to drive home where it is clean and comfortable unlike this pigsty of a place.

Room that we had had just been revamped and was very clean and no damage to it. Slightly strange that they haven’t put in the desks yet - so have a lovely line of sockets but nothing to put your phone etc on when charging. Once this is added, the redecoration will be completed and a great improvement.

Booked this for family over the 2024 festive period and wasn’t disappointing. The staff and manager Kirsten were very attentive and helpful, and couldn’t do enough to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were very modern and spacious. They had even provided a box of chocolates in the room, which my family were really touched about. My family enjoyed their stay so much we have already booked for 2025.

Last-minute stay for 2 nights. Clean room and good breakfast. The manager Kirsten was amazing! She was all over the place from reception to making beds - she kept the place running. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Recommended

We had booked for one night to attend a funeral, but on arrival we decided to stay for two. Kirsten took time to advise us to cancel the original booking and rebook for the two nights so we could stay in the same room both nights. She offered us an accessible room which was perfect for our needs. The room was clean and spacious and the huge bed very comfortable. The shower could be a bit stronger but it wasn’t a problem

Reception Staff so helpful and kind and willing to go the extra mile this Christmas. Especially in the Beefeater next door who were having severe supply issues and tried so hard to supply a varied menu for dinner on Christmas Eve. Christmas Morning every member of staff was smiling working so hard. Rooms are clean and well presented and they accommodated us on the ground floor as mums mobility isn’t brilliant. I would recommend.

Stayed on the night of my 4 year olds birthday and Kirsten went above and beyond for all 3 of my little ones with little Christmas goody boxes and a treat for us mum and dad too !! Was very impressed!! Made our stay special!! Thank you soo much Kirsten ❤️

Just a 10 minute drive from M25 and Bluewater Shopping Centre. Ample free parking, next to Beefeater Restaurant. We stayed in the new refurbished Premier Plus room, giving a more modern furnished room and luxurious shower room. Quiet efficient air conditioning. Overall a 4 star experience. Breakfast is served in the Beefeater restaurant next door. One of the best cooked breakfast I’ve had. Great customer service, from reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff.

The room were spotless….but the staff were excellent in every way,especially Alex on reception…. She couldn’t do enough for me….deserves a raise!! Tia the manager was very attentive, so lovely and helpful. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Truly caring staff

The room was lovely, with comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming... Sadly only 2 of each tea and coffee, and no decaff of either, so check your room, and ask for more before settling in... I have considered said ask I need to say, but couldn't log out without leaving a minimum of 200 words... Oh... the breakfast was great, nice crispy hash browns and bacon... I hope this extra has made the required word count...

Fiddly route ftom M25 but doesn't take long. Car park is a dimly lit and takes you past pub smoking area. Rooms are spacious but oddly furnished. Had to ask for extra linen which was provided with a smile. Second key not forthcoming despite request. This 2bd key is important to us as often one of us takes the child out while the other rests.
