Very close to the airport, but not disrupted by noise. Walk straight out onto a beautiful beach and watch the Wallabies right outside your terrace

Our room was a bit further down from the reception and we do not have car so is a bit dark to walk through at night. But service and amenities are all good and it's clean.

We love this hotel. They got very great staff. They are kind and very helpful. The facility is all working well like car park, kitchens staff, washing machine and dryer. They got zoo in the property but we did not have time to visit.

Friendly staff and very comfortable beds, we could swim in the heated pool and enjoyed the spa even it was cold. The resort is only a few minutes from the beach and there are lots of cute wallabies visiting us in the evening.

It’s a great location, near the airport and a short drive to Sorrell for shopping and half an hour from Hobart. We were very lucky to stay with friends here and even better in a luxurious three bedroom suite, number 44. Our bed was comfortable and the modern shower simple and effective. We took advantage of the BBQ. Our hosts used the washing machine and drier, that was in a cupboard! We had a look around the extensive grounds. There is a tennis court, a good pool with a gym, a playground for the younger kids and a games room to keep teenagers entertained. Though during our four days here I don’t think I saw any guest under 60 years old. There is farm with cows, sheep, goats and an owners’ garden where you might find some herbs and vegetables ready to pick. At reception a peacock, peahen and chicks greeted us. There are native hens everywhere. Some pademelons were in our back yard and rabbits were running everywhere. We dined well at Beaches restaurant onsite. My char grilled chicken had a good pesto but it too big for me. The accompanying risotto with tomato was tasty. We enjoyed a couple of bottles of Tasmanian wine, as you should.

Units are clean and tidy, but they are tired and out of date. Unkept Gardens. Had to sweep outdoor area ourselves, hedges over grown, fencing needs a good paint. Shower over bathtub, not good for my elderly parents, accident waiting to happen. The position of the resort is fantastic and love going for a morning walk along Seven Mile Beach to start the day.

What a fantastic place to stay. The amenities were fantastic and great for families. We had the standard two bedroom unit and it was really well equipped, spotlessly clean and super comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hobart, as it is close to the Airport, with very little aircraft noise, and is only a 20 minute drive to Hobart. The birds and wildlife around the property give it a real country feel, and the hobby farm on the property is great for kids, young and old. The pool and games room are also a great space to wind down after a days touring. 5 Stars from me and my Daughter

The Seven Mile Beach TAS property is nice if you want to take break from the fast-paced Sydney life. Its location is so remote. Got the 2BR de luxe. A few more observations: The kitchen bench tops were not perfectly clean. Upon arrival, we noticed crumbs in front of the microwave door. Upon wiping the crumbs, we noticed more underneath. When we moved the microwave aside, we were shocked to see heaps of crumbs, food morsels and vermin droppings underneath. I didn’t want to waste my time calling housekeeping to clean it up. I just cleaned it myself. Both phones were not working when we arrived. Not too happy there. The carpets smelt really bad. Housekeeping should pull up its socks. Always, there should be a final inspection after every room change over / clean. Perhaps the staff’s sense of smell is already immune to typical odours, hence they cannot pick up any malodorous scent from carpets. One panel of the sheer curtains on the second floor was missing. We told the front desk, but it was never addressed. The complimentary coffee and muffin for the owners’ update virtual session, should have been delivered before the start of the presentation. Once the session started, it was full on and we didn’t have time to eat. It was off-putting. Also we returned the iPad immediately, because we didn’t want to be held responsible for it since we were stepping out. When we did surrender it at the front desk. They asked us to return the tray, the plate and the 2 coffee plungers asap. Excuse me, only one of us walked from our villa to reception; we are not an octopus with many hands. We found that to be a an abrupt comment. We just left these in our apartment when we checked out. Otherwise, all staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. Great selection of food at the Beaches restaurant. Request for the chef to taste the food before putting these on the pass. The first dish we ever had on the property was their cauliflower soup and it was too salty. The fish and chips, the chicken schnitzel, and the creamy prawn and smoked salmon fettuccini were very nice. Staff, Ben and Maria, were very warm and accommodating. The outdoor spa should be regularly cleaned. There was so much debris on the water. Including dead bugs. The spa also has A LOT OF MISSING TILES. And from where the tiles have been displaced, these spots were very sharp. In fact, my skin was scratched in one of these. Also, the spa should be reprogrammed to allow a longer run time per push of the button. It felt like we were pushing the spa button every 10” or so. The pool area was not well maintained too. There was a lounge chair cushion in the pool and another cushion on the ground. The cushions should be tied down securely to the chairs, so they don’t get blown off easily. Because of the location of the resort, perhaps management can arrange for regular complementary shuttle bus runs into and from the CBD. Spent a week at this resort. Great geographical location few minutes from Hobart Airport. It is build next to a pine forest natural reserve and Seven Miles Beaches just across the road. Morning walk was a bliss with plenty walking route options. I am surprised by how many wild lives living around, inside and around the resort. I counted many species of birds, wallabies, pandemelon, rabbits, local hens, to name a few. Beautiful landscape walkways and well layout and spacious accommodations with full kitchen facilities. Kids loved the hobby farm feeding of alcapas, cows, goats and particularly the biking experience through the pine forest. Overall a nice stay for entire family.

Our whole stay here was amazing. Fantastic accommodation far better than we thought. Lovely helpful staff. Wonderful setting , fantastic position next to the beach. Well appointed accommodation. Thought of everything. Very clean. It was brilliant would highly recommend and would come again. Thanks Pademelons were fabulous too !
