Good and convenient place to stay but early next morning I was badly disturbed by the continuous loud sneezing and coughing sound at the unit next to me. She treated this place as if it's her private property, not considerate at all. Initially I planned to have a good rest before I board my flight but I forced myself to leave for a long breakfast before I check-out. The counter did inform 'no sound disturbance' is allowed but there was no enforcement/monitoring work done by the management.

1st time stay here since we’re miss the flight!! The capsule transit is on Level 1 of KLIA2, it’s had a locker for us to lock the luggage! Sharing of shower room & the toilet is clean! The room is small with a bed/pillow/blanket, so take a few hours rest is very nice experience!

Will give a great value to get some rest if you have long layover. You can catch a good sleep and can freshen up here. Always a great value for your bucks. You can choose how long you want to stay.

If you just want to sleep, no problem at all. Very comfortable. The problem is the shower room. The place to change clothes is also a problem because the floor is wet. This is the only place to change

Confusing booking info and check in details. The information stated 1 night but when check in was informed only available for 12 hour.

Very clean and helpful stuff. But take notes that a locker is given to store large baggage, their locker is double decker, so if your luggage is heavy, please request the staff to get a bottom locker. Same to your bed if you have difficulty to climb ladder.

1. Shared showers/toilets facility was poorly lit and not clean. Rubbish bin was full, dry floor areas were wet. 2. Sleeping capsule has no sound proofing. You can hear people whispering, let alone kids making noises. Reception has guidelines on keeping quiet at all times, but many guests do not abide. 3. The place is very worn and badly need a complete refresh/makeover.

We stayed in the suite room and paid for more than RM300 a night.I thought it had a bathroom attached, but no. We felt the price is too expensive for that small room. The room is very tight. It's good to stay for those who have early flights..

Functional but very small blocks. Doors of the blocks cannot be locked. Sliding doors have no sound isolation. There is always noise coming from outside. Lockers area is also very tight. It is difficult to move around with a big suitcase when there are couple of people in the area.

It’s good for solo traveller need a space to have a better rest, especially while long layover transit.

Quite nice and clean, and good for a stay at the airport avoiding the hustle to take transport to the airport.
