Hotel Dada Insadong anmeldelser

Extremely dirty and unsafe to stay hotel. We had to check out on the same day we arrived as this hotel is dangerous to stay in. Bloodstain, the traces of insects (or whatever it is), extremely dirty towels, floors and even ceiling. Nobody is at the reception, no security, the door is opened even at night. The locker in the room didn’t work. The hotel doesn’t make a refund despite my conversations with trip.com support. Be careful and don’t believe positive feedback on this hotel

We booked a room with a king bed but were given a room with twin beds instead. When we arrived, there was no one at the reception desk, even though it clearly stated that staff would be available until 22:00. Instead, there was only a self check-in machine. We tried contacting customer service and only got a response after an hour. When we asked why our room was changed, they simply replied, “We thought you may like it.” Apparently, they assumed we would prefer a downgraded room, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. Breakfast was included, but there were only two small tables in the lobby with no proper seating area. The room itself was extremely small, and the bathroom was practically unusable for showering. To make matters worse, the price was very high. We ended up booking another hotel for the next day—spacious, in a much better area, and for half the price.

Everything was great. One of the best locations. Close to the most of sightseeings.

Hotel rooms are little small but very clean and cozy, kiosk check in and check out, I was arrived at hotel 15:00pm and checkin time was 16:00pm but the old lady on the reception she gave favor to me for early check in. The location of this hotel is near to subway station and many restaurants and bars around the area. In this price as a solo traveler I completely satisfied.

The location is in Insadong, many resturants from local to high end. The hotel sits on the small alley, it's hard for driver but ok for walker. The distance from hotel to subway is about 8 mins walk. Breakfast is included. Room is small and tidy but clean.

The place is great with great staff, including the food it is worth every penny of your money. I will surely book there once again.

Cozy little hotel in amazing location. Very clean and warm, which is helpful during the winter. There aren’t a whole lot of amenities besides towels and water but there’s a shop downstairs. Breakfast is also pretty simple but there’s many restaurants nearby. Staff is also incredible friendly.

We had an amazing stay at DADA Insadong. The location is really good, the hotel is next to a bunch of very pretty coffee shops and restaurants, Korean and also western food. It's walkable to the shopping street of myendong, it took us around 30 min. If you don't want to walk there is a metro station nearby (10min walking max). It's very convenient to arrive with public transport. The staff is outstanding, the nice lady at the reception was always very nice to us, we felt very welcomed. The hotel room is small, but that's Okey. We had two big luggages and two small ones and managed to handle it :) The room was super clean and tidy, that's the first hotel I wasn't afraid of walking without shoes. Also it had floor heaters😍 That was very comfortable especially during the cold winter. I would prefer this hotel over the bigger once we have visited before every time!:) You can also wash and dry your clothes for 5000 won. Thanks for the amazing stay!:)

Everything was wonderful! YouTube, Netflix, air conditioning, and other amenities made it so comfortable! The breakfast was nice too. The refreshing coffee in the morning was a delight! A big thank you to the lovely grandma hosts!

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is fine, we will come again next time, near some tourist points. The selection of breakfast can be changed.

That hotel is very clean but little bit tiny but its okay for couple or alone. Good place automatic service. I like that hotel. Thank you guys. And someone know about international lions club? I saw one in close for that hotel. Sorry i dont have any hotel photo

Very nice hotel, the location is amazing, close to palaces, metro stations and city center. Staff is very nice However, breakfast is quite limited, and room needs some refreshment

Great Value Stay in the Heart of Seoul We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Dada Insadong. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the breakfast buffet provided a satisfying start to our day. The hotel’s location is a significant advantage—nestled in the vibrant Jongno-gu district, it’s surrounded by numerous 24/7 convenience stores, cafes, and eateries, offering both traditional Korean and international cuisine. The hotel is within walking distance to several of Seoul’s major attractions. Bukchon Hanok Village is approximately a 17-minute walk away, and Gyeongbokgung Palace can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. This proximity made it easy for us to explore the city’s rich history and culture without the need for extensive transportation. One consideration is the distance to the nearest subway stations. Anguk Station and Jongno 3-ga Station are both about a 7-minute walk from the hotel. While this might be slightly inconvenient for some travelers, we found the walk manageable and appreciated the opportunity to experience the local neighborhood.  Overall, Hotel Dada Insadong offers excellent value for its location, amenities, and service. We would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore Seoul. 

A great stay at Hotel Dada. Location was great, with a short walk to metro stations, food and sites. Easy checkin process and very helpful and welcoming owner.
