AC hotel is good for business travellers. Great amenities and great breakfast. They have robot services too.

Reception has good service, they are friendly and with smile. But the lady waitress at 21st floor is awful, while we are looking at the menu, she was so impatient and was putting on her handcream while waiting for us and also playing her phone, which is obviously so unprofessional!! And she rolled her eyes on us! Nevertheless, inside the room there’s a cockroach… Although it’s not a big one, but really? It’s quite disgusting..

The hotel reception team were very kind and welcoming. They saw we were travelling with my 2 yr old son, they upgraded my room to a king size bed with bath tub. Really appreciated. The room is clean and good, I would recommend this hotel and would like to stay again.

Everything was so good. We stayed here second times and always nice experience. Convenient travel to and from the airport by limousine bus. Very near subway station.

This hotel is absolutely great, the service is A1 and the hotel is located close to the Gangnam subway station. The breakfast is also great as there is a wide variety to choose from. Will definitely visit again

This front desk guy had a bad attitude, spoke very rudely, and ignored us as if he could not hear us. Other waiters were very enthusiastic to help us, only he spoke rude and rolled his eyes at us, I think such an expensive hotel should not have racial discrimination or such bad service staff, he has been playing mobile phone at the front desk do nothing!

Nice place to stay at, near to station.

Clean and super convenient. Few steps away from the subway and airport limousine stop. Shopping need some walk or go via public transport but convenient enough. Lots of clinics and hospitals nearby.

Good location: 2 minutes walking distance from the Metro Station. Nice and spacious room yet with a weird bathroom configuration (could be an issue if you go with a friend). The staff is nice and helpful! Plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was really good with a large choice of food both Western and Asian. Good value for money!
