The room size very big and tidy. Well room service. Very helpful concierge. They suggest 4 of us take the taxi rather than bus. The price are reasonable and suitable van for 4 of us with 4 luggages.

Facilities and room are quite new, very convenient location, there's a CU at the side. Nice room design, friendly staffs.

The hotel location was very near the hongaik university mrt exit. The hotel decoration is very trendy and instagramable. The hotel check in was supposed to be at 1500 but when I arrived at 4pm I still had to wait till 5pm to finally check into my room. The staff gave me some local snacks as an apology. The cleanliness of the room was good. Check out was also easy. The buffet breakfast provided was good quality for the price I pay.

I was travelling with 3 young children so i pushed the two double beds together to make a big bed. The area behind the bed frames and night stand was filthy. Lots of garbage from previous guests. One of my children showed signs of bed bug bites -- the timeline matches exactly with the hotel stay (first time bites take 2 weeks to appear on the skin); we hadn't travelled anywhere else before and after this trip. We contacted the hotel and they did hire a pest control company to do an investigation, they kept us updated and said they didn't find signs of bed bugs (which i believe because i also checked when we first arrived; but this could have been a very small and new infestation of only a few bugs and we were the unlucky first ones to get bitten). In any case the hotel handled this appropriately and it's unfortunate for them to have picked up bed bugs and they're doing their best but for all other travelers: AVOID ROOM 1011 IF YOU CAN HELP IT! Other than this hiccup, the hotel itself is in a great location. The front facing staff are most wonderful as well. Lovely and friendly and super helpful.

Beautiful hotel to stay .. Location is good, lots of eatery and shops

Superb. Lobby on 3rd floor. Shower had a bench for easier bathing for elderly. Exit Hongdae exit 9 (steps) or exit 8 (lift access). Pickup drop off point on main road was stressful as most Uber drops u there..better pickup drop-off point via small road leading to other side of hotel next to carpark exit/entrance is much better. Gym has usual basic stepper, weights, treadmill cross fit. Hotel access pass can only lead to the floor your room is located which is good. Walk downstairs and Harry porter cafe, and a whole lot of eateries. Buffet breakfast was adequate.

The location is incredibly convenient because it’s right near the subway station. There are also many restaurants nearby. I’ll definitely be coming back next time.

Wish I can gate-keep this longer. Stay here if L7 is similar in price. RYSE is more lux.  If travel with too many bags, just take airport shuttle bus 6002 to Seogyo-dong which stops in front of RYSE for 18,000 won; otherwise for half the price u can take regular subway Line 2 and get off at Hongik U Station then toward exit 1. Exit 1 gets you on the opposite side of the street (where L7 is) but has escalator during shop hours. Exit 9 is on the same side as RYSE but all stairs. With with subway the walk is further.

It’s a beautiful hotel with a great location, the Blue Bottle is right downstairs of the hotel, and it has a beautiful bar with nice view of Hongdae

The hotel boasts an amazing location, perfect for exploring the city with many attractions within walking distance. The staff is friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall experience. However, the room is on the smaller side, which may feel a bit cramped for extended stays. Despite this, the convenience of the location makes it a great choice for short trips or those who plan to spend more time outside the room.
