The hotel is located at Chungmuro subway station, there are many eateries nearby the hotel and a few convenience shops just few steps away from the hotel. Walking to Myeongdong is abt 10-15mins just turn right and walk straight all the way from the convenience shop outside the hotel. Bottles water are provided everyday and unlimited for you to take at the Main lobby. Overall we love the hotel, but the cleanliness of the room floor and stained sofa in the room is not up to my expectation. Was somehow disappointed that the bath tub was quite dirty also so my kids didn't get to use the bath tub this trip. Thankfully, the hotel allow us to store our luggage while we were away for Busan and return after 3 days. The staff are very friendly and polite too.

I strongly recommend this hotel. Location is superb. I stayed in many hotels in Seoul but this is the best location. Subway just right outside the hotel, and bus to Airport too. I booked the junior suite. very big room.

The junior suite room is spacious. The toiletries are outside and there is proper stand to place the toiletries . Hence need to put on the floor. The sliding door doesn’t make a difference because is not soundproof. The bed makes a lot of noise whenever u move and it disturbs each other’s sleep.

Good and convenient

Love love love the aesthetics of this smart hotel! It is strategically located right outside Chungmuro station, and about 15-20mins walk away from Myeongdong. There’s also a direct bus right outside the hotel that brings you to Incheon Airport. There was even a direct bus that operates late in the night (past 12mn) from Dongdaemun area to a bus stop outside the hotel (we visited the Dongdaemun Wholesale Market which opens from 8pm-5am).

We spent a night here once touched down before depart for Busan. Good customer service.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. The reception service is also great, we arrive earlier planning to deposit our luggage at the lobby 1st but was informed our room was ready to check in. It was a great stay there.

We were not informed in advanced that there was ongoing renovation until we checked in - had to leave the hotel after 1 night because the bed and pillows were too soft and the room had no air-conditioning due to centralised heating. The staff provided fan but it was dusty so didn’t help with the ventilation. Bathroom was great though and there was a separate toilet with bidet. Service of staff was alright - took a while to get my refund settled. Accessibility-wise, it was located right outside chungmuro station so it was easy to find but seemed to be in an older folks area.

Love this hotel. Its located near Chungmuro station. Very convenient location. There’s a 7-11 nearby. The hotel room is spacious. Would love to come back here again
