The hotel is always good, extremely well located, quick check in, spotless rooms, and everything works.

Clean comfortable bed and room, breakfast was delicious with many variety of dishes.location near to many shopping mall and quite near to street car.

Live here for 3 nights, good price with clean room! Staff are nice and walking distance to Susukino station. Lots of food in the neighborhood!

The food was great. Facilities are also great. The location is just around the city so access to shopping centers and tourists spots are easy. No need to spend for transport because all you need for sightseeing and shopping is just by walk.

Hotel receptionist lack of communication. Downstairs coffee machine never works. It’s more relax can check out at 11am.

The room is clean and cozy. The location is good. Although it's not near Subway station, it's close to Cocono Susukino and Rei Hotel, which is the meeting point of the one day tour I joined. And it's close to 一幻拉麵 which is my favorite Ramen shop. Special thanks to Miss Suzuki 鈐木小姐 who is nice and helpful Moreover, breakfast buffet is healthy and good. I enjoyed it.

Ten minutes walk to shopping street

Cleanliness was good. Location was decent. But the service of this hotel was absolutely horrible. I rented a car to travel around sapporo, hence i picked this hotel because it stated that they have private parking available, even though it wasn't free. My rental car was a Mitsubishi Ek Space, a small compact car meant for 2 people. Upon arrival (Thursday night), the concierge informed me that my car was too tall to park in their private parking, and i could pay the same price and park at the public carpark directly beside the hotel. As it was a short 30 seconds walk, I didn't think much about it and agreed. On the next night (Friday night), when i arrived back at the hotel, the public carpark (along with all public carparks in a 1km radius of the hotel was full). I went into the hotel telling them about my situation, and asking if i could park in their private carpark (I could see there were some available lots). But the hotel staff insisted that my car can't fit. One of them even said to me "It is not our responsibility to find you a parking lot". I was fuming. I literally booked your hotel because you stated on your website that private lots were available. If i had known about the restrictions, i would have booked another. We argued for 20mins, with the staff insisting that it's my own issue, and not the hotels responsibility. Ultimately i waited 20-30mins at the public carpark, and finally got a lot. The same situation happened the next night (Sunday night). I had never seen such restrictions before, and such poor staff service. I recommend anyone that's staying in this hotel to double check their car, as my car was a small compact car and still failed their restrictions. God knows only sedans are allowed in their lots.

It has good location just a few meters from the principal street in susukino, very clean and good room, nice views and comfortable.

Convenient hotel in Susukino ideal for business or solo travelers (my room was too small to accommodate anyone more than myself). Lawson's is right next door, and there are plenty of food options in close proximity, not to mention seemingly limitless nightlife entertainment in the immediate area. The room is tiny but clean and comfortable, with plenty of power outlets (don't forget your travel adapter, the outlets are not universal). The service staff is hit and miss, with the lady checking me in exuding grumpiness, but another staff member cheery and helpful. Free coffee and amenities in the lobby, but nothing special (Lawson's next door will provide all that you need)

Room is spacious for one pax. However the soundproof not that great, can even hear snoring from the adjacent room.

The room itself is big enough for 2 adults and 1 young child. The car park is behind the hotel and cost 1800 yen per day.

Great location near susukino for easy access to the area. Clean room with complete basic amenities.
