I was worried because I hadn't told my arrival time in advance, but staff was nearby and guided me smoothly. We even got Santorini wine, which usually costs a lot of money, for free just because it was Christmas! The female staff were very friendly and kind, and the male staff were also very kind, delivering breakfast and other things even in the rain! 事前に到着時刻を伝えておらず不安だったのですがスタッフがすぐ近くにいてスムーズに案内までしてくれました。 普段はお金のかかるサントリーニのワインも、クリスマスだからと言ってFreeでいただきました！女性のスタッフはノリが良くてとても親切で、男性の方も雨の中しっかり朝食や物を届けてくれて優しい方々でした！

A very beautiful and clean hotel near centre of Santorini. Lovely pool and stream room in the hotel room. Hotel can provide taxi service an anytime. Worth to stay here for your Santorini trip especially for couples. However, hotel should improve communication within teams and the power supply for the steam room and the pool outside.

Nice stay here. Very good location just take ten minutes to the Fira town centre, nice service and provide a lot of suggestions on travelling. Wonderful private pool and room facilities, perfect view!!! Highly recommend!!!

피라마을에 또 오게 된다면 또 여기로 예약할 듯! 시끄러운 거 진짜 싫어하는데 사람이 많이 다니지 않은 곳이라 조용한 편이고 일단 마트랑 푸리화, 아시안 클럽 가게랑 그렇게 멀지 않은 편! 그리고 무엇보다 너무 너무 친절하심. 산토리니에서 아주 기분 좋게 지내다 갈 수 있었당~ 비가 와서 밖에 수영장은 찍을 수 없었지만 넓고 계속 따뜻하게 쓸 수 있었고 안에는 사우나 있어서 진짜 이게 너무 좋음. 씻을 때 따숩게 씻을 수 있음 ㅎㅎ If I come to Fira Village again, 1 think book here again! really hate noisy places, but it's quiet because there aren't many people around. First of all, it's not too far from the mart, Purihua, and Asian club stores! And most of all, the staff were so kind. I had a great time in Santorini~ It rained so I couldn't take pictures of the pool outside, but it was spacious and warm, and there was a sauna inside, so that was really great. I could wash warmly ㅎㅎ

이불에 머리카락과 죽은 벌레가 나왔어요🥲🥲 그리고 창문이 너무 지저분해서 바깥 풍경을 보는데 방해를 줍니다. 욕실에서 샤워를 하면, 욕실 밖으로 물이 새어나가 거실이 다 젖어요.. 산토리니 내에서 일출을 볼 수 있는 곳에 위치 했어요. 일몰은 볼 수 없고, 하얀 건물과 푸른 돔이 즐비한 절벽은 볼 수 없는 곳입니다. 근처가 조금 슬럼해보였어요. 건물 내부는 예쁘고 시설이 잘 돼있습니다. 직원은 매우 친근하고 친절해요.

완전 최고에요 시설도 사우나까지 있고 너무 깨끗하고 좋고 또 친절하고 모든 걸 다 편리하게 이용할 수 있어요 조식도 너무 맛있어요 다음에 꼭 또 오고 싶어요

前台人員態度很棒，距離市中心較近，就是酒店外的環境有些荒涼。房間很不錯，還有室外浴缸，nice！

This is a very clean hotel, with an excellent breakfast, always served exactly on time. The receptionists are impeccable. A round of applause for Dior — she is extremely attentive and helps with absolutely everything you might need. In our case, she assisted with car rental, restaurant reservations, and many other things. She has great local contacts and is always ready to help. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say. Every single staff member in this hotel is kind, friendly, and attentive. The cleanliness is impeccable, the pool is great, and everything is really well taken care of. The hotel is also in an excellent location — just 5 minutes’ walk from the center, yet in a calm and quiet area. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us tips for things to do, places to go and booked our dinner reservation, quad bike rental and taxi’s. Very clean and spacious accommodation with steam room and jacuzzi. Easy to communicate with in person and via WhatsApp.

These suites are amazing, I actually got engaged on this holiday which made it even more special! But the service of this place was 10/10. Honestly went out of their way to accommodate you in every way. Great 10/10 location to Fira- they even assisted with booking the best restaurants etc! Very very impressed and will 100% be back! Thanks for a perfect stay!

We had the best time at Cycladic suites. We stayed in the large room with a private pool and sea views and our friends stayed in the hot tub rooms. Dior the manager at the hotel is extremely accommodating she made us feel so at ease and handled everything. We absolutely loved it here and would love to return soon! Highly recommend!!!

Had a fantastic stay here, place is spotless, exceptional customer service and we couldn't fault the place in anyway, very close to the town but you wouldn't even realise. Being able to chill out in your private pool in the evenings looking at the views was pure bliss. Definitely go to the recommended restaurants by the staff, they were super!
