This place was absolutely lovely!! We've traveled all over italy and stayed in 8 different places on this trip. Definitely at our top places to stay on this trip. Podere Bellavista is a family run Olive Farm. It has the old world charm, but we also loved their attention to detail. The room was beautiful with everything you could need at your fingertips. The breakfast was fabulous, and the view was even better. Loved..loved..loved this place & we would highly recommend it.

Absolutely wonderful stay here! The location was beautiful and the service was incredible. Loved the dinner at the hotel. Everything was so peaceful and quiet after being in big cities, which is just what we needed. Would come back again. I loved all the outdoor space to enjoy the views.

Absolutely wonderful place. Podere Bellavista has great view of the San Gimignano city. Breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the lunch. The staff was wonderful and friendly. If San Gimignano is a destination in the future, we would love to return to this place.

We enjoyed a wonderful four nights at this little slice of paradise! Our room was neat & spotless, with lovely touches, we had everything we needed. We enjoyed THE most beautiful views from the little balcony. The grounds are really well cared for and a beautiful pool area. The welcome from Virginia, Andrea 🍷was fantastic, not forgetting their beautiful cat. Lovely service from Lorenzo in the restaurant and just a wonderful dinner from chef on our first night. The breakfasts whilst gazing over the olive trees to the town were the best we had in our 3.5 weeks of Tuscany. We used the country path to walk easily to San Giminagno and felt we had access to the amazing historical town, but enjoying the stunning peace of the Tuscan countryside. We highly recommend this beautiful, friendly place. Thank you!

Welcoming and rustic accommodation with modern amenities including quality furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances. Picturesque location just outside San Gimignano. Outstanding and unexpected feature was the restaurant with locally sourced and seasonal menu created by Constantine the Chef.

Stunning views, a lovely pool, superb food. Hosts and staff are warm and welcoming. Quiet and serene but an easy walk to San Gimignano. All the rooms are well-appointed, with individual patios and their own special flavor. Breakfasts are abundant and dinners, often out on the terrace if weather permits, delicious and based on local ingredients. Don't miss it.

Podere Bellavista is located in an oasis of tranquillity with beautiful views of the valley and San Gimignano. Our room was very stylish and comfortable. Also the other facilities were really great. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning! Dinner was also really amazing: very passionate cook. Can only recommend to reserve :-). A stay to remember!

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us, we loved the country side and the views over the vineyards, olive grooves and the view back up to San Gimignano. The rooms were compact but adequate, our bed was very comfortable the room with all the amenities you would expect, including AC and also a well equipped and stylish ensuite. The food was fantastic, we ate at Podere Bellavista for two nights and both meals were well rated and sampled local foods. The wine pairing was also great with a selection of really local wines, of good quality. Really recommend the stay and I haven't mentioned the pool or the great breakfasts
