Good hotel and nice staff. I had a comfy two nights with fast services .

Great hotel, excellent service and very friendly staff. Location was perfect as well.

10 out of 10. Free coffee drips renewable every day, bottles of water and a fridge in the room. Very friendly staff and high level of service in mini cafe right in the hotel (a little expensive, but still good enough). Very good location. Not so far from the airport, close to the city center. Checked the gym also. It is pretty small but for a one time training is good enough. Thanks a lot to the hotel for hosting! Blessed to be your guest :D

This stay was even better, the hotel restaurant is very good and beyond the expectations!

I'd like to express a personal sincere gratitude to Mrs Tagreed from hotel's management that provide me prompt solution to some logistic situation that can happens while around area many workside operating . She demonstrated a brillant quick understanding , kind attitude and a tailored good decisional solving orientation. My best respect to makes me feel like at home. Surely not an ordinary manager . Horrible room . Booked King size bed and got twin beds. View to Technical shaft Bathroom converted to swimming pool after shower Requested room change but not possible . Really anoying such brand without guest care I m not sure I ll recommend and for sire will never come back

We recently held a three-day workshop at the newly opened Novotel Riyadh Safaha and had an exceptional experience. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the outstanding staff who made our program a great success. Helen, who led the team, along with Ali and Omar, were simply amazing. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, promptly addressing any requests. Despite the hotel being newly opened, thanks to their efforts, we did not face any challenges or hiccups. A huge thank you to Helen, Ali, and Omar for their incredible work and dedication. They truly made our stay memorable and our workshop successful.
