the shuttle leaves at an inconvenient time, runs rarely. the hotel is very far from the center of Faliraki. Walking several kilometers uphill is not for everyone. simple design, no cabinets in the rooms. the dishes were dirty. overall overpriced for such accommodation. positive things I can say: great view and spacious rooms.

Very lovely hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here.

В целом отель не плохой за свою цену, нам очень понравился бассейн он чистый и красивый было приятно проводить время там, но также имеются серьезные минусы , ванная комната была просто ужасна в углах была паутина и в душе стоит крошечная бесполезная перегородка которая совершенно ни от чего не защищает и из-за этого после каждого приема душа все брызги от воды летят на унитаз и на пол .

L'hotel era carino, e abbastanza ben curato. La stanza dalle foto sembrava più grande e bella ma non ci possiamo lamentare, era graziosa. Le stanze erano pulite ma il servizio pulizia non passava la domenica. Senza un mezzo di trasporto era scomodo raggiungere l'hotel dalla città e col fatto che era posizionato un po in alto quando si era in piscina c'era sempre il vento. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.

Posto carino ,pulizia discreta….ho prenotato camera con aria condizionata e poi mi hanno fatto pagare 10 euro al giorno in loco!

Emplacement très intéressant, bien équipé (restaurant, cafe, bar, magasin alimentaire) Piscine très agréable. Personnel aimable et très agréable

Super schöne Appartement - Anlage in einer Anhöhe von Faliraki. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage inklusive Swimmingpool mit Whirlpool. Tolles kleines Restaurant am Pool mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücks Angebot. Kleiner Supermark mit dem nötigsten auch auf dem Gelände. Sehr schöne Appartements im renovierten Teil der Anlage. Preiswerte und saubere Appartements im nicht renovierten Teil. Kostenloser Shuttle Service mehrmals am Tag nach Faliraki. Haustiere erlaubt 👍 Wir haben uns dort mit kleinem Hund sehr ,sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Second year visiting Hillside. Friendly and attentive family and staff from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely as always. The bathrooms had been updated from last year and look lovely! Able to get sunbed round the pool any time of day, which we love. Probably spent a fortune on food but food prices had increased wherever we ate across the island. Definitely be back next year with the family. Thank you

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at hillside! The staff are all very friendly, pool area is great and drinks and food very reasonably priced. The shuttle to Faliraki is great, however the times had changed to what was advertised which was a little disappointing and cost us in taxis (although we probably were being lazy and could’ve walked it!) We stayed in one of the hotel rooms rather than apartments. The room was spacious, bathroom not ideal as it was small and no shower curtain so the entire room gets soaked when you take a shower. Rooms are cleaned every day, I do think the cleaning could be improved and the bathroom could’ve done with a deep clean as grout and plug holes etc a bit grubby. All that being said, it was excellent value for money and you’d struggle to find a better hotel at this price range!

Lost count of the amount of times I have come here now, gets better every time, ignore the bad reviews, this place has the best vibe you’ll ever get anywhere, Phillip the manager is a great guy , will do anything to make your stay better in anyway, maroula is a lovely lady who will make your breakfast and I count them both as friends, fantastic pool area, very clean, food is great also, Charlie runs a taxi service down to the town 3 times a day, Lydia is an absolute star, met her last year and was so glad she was back, works tirelessly, fantastic personality, great sense of humour, again like all the staff I count them as friends and I will continue to come to this place, once you come here and get the vibe, you’ll come back , see the same faces every year which tells its own story, glad I found this place, it’s quite wonderful, only downside? Lydia’s playlist🤣

What an amazing week I had at the Hillside Studios and Apartments! The staff are incredibly helpful, funny and nothing is too much trouble. Many thanks to Livia, who works tirelessly to ensure her guests are well looked after; I can see why people return to the venue. It's a 15 minute stroll into town or there is a shuttle bus that runs three times a day from the apartments - they even have an on-site shop to purchase essentials. I spent the week relaxing by the pool (just what I needed), which has a chilled vibe and it's very easy to chat to other guests. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Arrived home last night from my 3rd stay at Hillside, got a lovely welcome from all the staff who remembered me even though my last visit was 2 years ago! Which I thought was lovely, was really made to feel like home from home, the rooms have been renovated since I was last here and they are stunning, already missing my morning view from my balcony then heading off for my morning frappe off the lovely Lydia. Charlie runs a shuttle to the beach and back 3 times a day which is a blessing in the heat. Would definitely recommend Hillside studios, it's the most laid back place I've ever stayed in in the 7 years I've been to Faliraki, I will be back, see you next year guys 😎

We are pretty active travelers, and we did not spend much time at the accommodation. We were mostly out. We got a really cheap deal, so we did not expect much. The room was decent for spending a week in Faliraki. Had no problems with cleaning and the room, although the shower could use some innovation as the water tends to get everywhere (the shower head is fixed and theshower curtain does not cover all the sides of the shower.) There were some loud bangs, probably because of the strong wind at night. Could not figure out what that was, even met the neighbors once as they were started by the sudden noise.
