I was looking forward that our stay here gonna be relaxing and stress free, spending my birthday here i was expecting that I will have very blissful day. The receptionist help us to check in earlier prior to our visit, The room for disabled people is only available so I agree with that which is it not the receptionist fault, first I thought everything is fine since were very tired in our trip and we want to take a rest, not until I use the toilet seat which I find much discomfort so we went straight in reception personally to request another room and booked our dinner at the same time, they were told that they will call us back in 40 mins so we roam around while waiting, before 6pm we called for update the agent said they will call the receptionist, then time passed I called the agent again same thing she said she will call the receptionist again so I told her connect me directly in reception, I got really disappointed because I knew that she didn’t called the receptionist before, also when were trying to move our dinner in Mekong they said it was fully booked they cannot move, my husband went in Mekong around 7:30 to check if they can still assist us and surprisingly said YES!! But i am not in the mood already so I refused!! I was very disappointed because our time is WASTED because of that UPDATE WHICH DIDNT HAPPEN! Atleast inform us in advance that transferring room gonna be delay so we manage to do other activities during the day!! I extremely dissatisfied especially its my birthday and all our plans RUINED!! By the way its our first time to visit 5 star hotel and sadly my expectations leads to frustration.
