They forgot to clean the telephone and the cr is flooding😔 and they dont have netflix. They only have local channel😔

Disappointing! I arrived past ten in the evening, considering I have my reservation and prepaid the room through Trip.com. Upon arrival, I was given room 324, but when when I arrived inside, there were already a couple occupying inside. The lady is on the bed covering a blanket half body while the man is standing half naked. I rushed back to the front desk feeling disgusted, and the front desk lady and the guy kept on arguing. I was given room 237 by the guy front desk, but when I arrived there, the room was just vacated as with dirty linens and towels inside. The bathroom floor still has wet soap suds. I can even smell their sweat inside the room. I was waiting in the hallway for me to be given a third room. After ten minutes, the male room attendant escorted me to the third room, which he said is a VIP room. Upon arrival, the room was still wet floors, and the ashtray was still filled with ashes of cigarettes. The room smells bad that I almost vomit of the cigarette smell but it was already 11pm night time and I was so tired of that whole day of activities at work plus this disappointing experience from this hotel was to call it a very bad day! I usually book this because of the location which is closer to Araneta Center.

Good service. But a little disappointed with the room. The hot and cold shower is not working. But it’s good.

They made me wait for like 15 mins just to confirm my booking. The room is dirty the bed sheet have dirt i think its from stock room, the bathroom is dirty. The shampoo peel from last costumer is still there. Im just tired to complain i just let the night pass then leave!

We got the room for a cheap price. It's very accessible and the staffs are super nice

The stay was okay and the room was clean and the location is near farmers and gateway so it's very convenient

I have a prepaid reservation at Trip com. This is my very first time to book in this hotel and the price is so competitive within the Cubao area. I arrived at 1pm and requested if I can checkin earlier than 2pm because I have a seminar to attend at Araneta Center but the male staff refused to accommodate my request and rather asked me if I am willing to pay an early checkin charges. I asked if I can leave my backpack instead and check in later after the seminar but again he refused to allow me to do so. According to him, they don't have that type of service to allow the guests to leave their luggage at the front desk for the meantime if the guest arrived earlier than the check in time. Wow, what kind of hotel is this that doesn't have luggage storage. It was off to me at first. Good enough the male manager on duty offered me a room immediately and I was able to leave my luggage quickly inside the room catching my schedule for the seminar. Thanks for delighting your hotel guests as such through quick and excellent decision making for outstanding customer service. The room is amazingly clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels are crisp and freshly laundered. It is well lighted including the bathroom. There's available toiletries and pairs of slippers. Only the tv set wasn't working at that time but overall, there's nothing more I can complain for my accommodation. I have a very good night sleep. I feel safe during my stay and the location is very close to MRT Araneta Cubao station where good malls are only walking distance.

there rooms is picture vs reality and tge interenet is not accessible to all room wich is some rooms is cant reach there internet access or signal

The room we had is hot and the aircon is not functioning well.

-may buhok yung kobre kama -hassle ang pag iwan ng susi everytime na lalabas -hindi nag paflush yung water sa cr -mahina yung internet -mahina din yung aircon -hardpress ang remote ng tv -mabaho yung paint kasi under renovation -4days 3nights ang stay ko pero yan lang ang binigay na supply
