Apartment was clean, reasonable location. Apartment was under-provisioned. No toilet paper,only two tiny bottles of shampoo for a family of four. Also would be nice to have common items like cooking oil, spices, coffee or tea. Some of the renovation choices are, at best, questionable. At worst a bit of a hazard , such as the flooring in attached picture. Or the pallet beds that are right at shin bruising level

Spacious, clean and bright space. Great location, parking behind the building (we paid extra$). Supermarket and places to eat within 5 minutes walking. The apartment has all the amenities that we need. Self check-in was easy, instructions were given only a few hours before check in time

Enjoyed my stay at the lofts in a two bedroom unit. Love the rustic minimalist decor. If you wanted to stay in and cook they had everything available. Lots of space to lounge. Walking distance to restaurants and all the action of Old Quebec. Value was great and plan to stay either at Loft St Vallier or any of the other Lofts scattered around Old Quebec.

I didn't get to stay in this hotel. I'm sure it is lovely but I am very upset with their cancellation policy. I was meeting a friend who lives in the UK. She let me know after the 7 day period to cancel that she had badly hurt her back and could not travel. I considered going myself but I decided to stay home. I cancelled with them and they said I could not get any refund even though they likely could book it out again (they had 5 days notice). So I had to lose $555. However the worse thing is and beware. They claimed that they didn't get my cancellation and charged me an additional $300 because they didn't get the cancellation. How is that even legal! I paid for the room, they have no additional work for the room they have payment for, but because they didn't see the cancellation they can charge more? Even if I have a chance to travel there again, I would not ever use this group of hotels. I have been promised my $300 back, but I am disgusted that they are so rigid, that I wasted 30 minutes trying to get them to fix the additional $300 and that they can charge you more again! They have very strict rules about who can stay once you've booked, so I couldn't even ask anyone else if they wanted a three day vacation there.

Emplacement parfait , parking juste en face très pratique ...Nous sommes restés 1 semaine et avons donc pris le forfait : parfait . Loft 3 chambres : déco superbe ! Maintenant les critiques : 1 salle de bain avec WC dedans pour 6 personnes : très compliqué ! Pas de penderies et cintres ou commodes dans aucune chambre donc valise par terre : inadmissible ! Et dans la cuisine équipement sommaire .

Séjour de quelques nuits aux lofts St Vallier, loft V301; Points positifs: - bon emplacement (parfois un peu bruyant mais c'est un quartier animé) à 20 min du Vieux-Québec; - spacieux, propre et lumineux, avec du cachet - air climatisé fonctionne très bien - bonne literie - salle de bain (avec toutes les commodités : savon, shampoing, sèche-cheveux) et cuisine fonctionnelle avec vaisselle Points à améliorer : - ouverture de la porte avec digicode difficile; - absence de rideaux/stores occultants sur les fenêtres cuisine et ouverture plafond (gênant pour le couchage sur le divan-lit car lumière du jour très tôt le matin) et oubli de drap pour ce couchage; - absence de crochets dans la salle de bains pour les vêtements, serviettes de bain, etc; - vitres sales et terrasse extérieure usagée.

Superbe endroit (bien rénové). Propre et bien équipé (cuisine et salle de bain). Beaucoup de fenêtres et bien éclairé. Stationnement à proximité. Facile d'accès et facile à identifier. Localisation agreablement situé à 15min de marche du Capitol

Prise de possession simple, lieu propre, foyer fonctionnel, beaucoup de commodité, stationnement et restaurant proche. Loft à prix raisonnable et agréable que je recommande à tous et Parfait pour trois couple!!!

Extrêmement joli mais secteur terriblement bruyant, nous n'avons pas fermél'oeil de la nuit, des jeunes faisaient le party dans le stationnement en face Foyer non fonctionnel, cela manquait d'ambiance
