This hotel is a gem in between affordable and comfortable hotels in Paris, even though it is outer from the city center, this hotel is directly near M1 metro stop. Since Paris is such a vast city, you always need to get a daily ticket to visit locations. The room had amenities such as slippers, robe, coffee machine. The internet speed was also satisfactory.

The location is perfect, as well with the facilities. The nice welcoming by the reception during our check in. She gave valueable information during our stay. We would like to stay at Nest La Defense for our next time visit in Paris. Thank you.

Good location with very close walking distance to Esplanade La Defense Station, as well as the Westfield Mall. Great breakfast.

It was my fifth stay at this hotel. I noticed that it went from luxury to an average hotel. No amenities supplied in the room. Breakfast offered no freshly squeezed juices. Selection is very limited. In the old days you can order breakfast from the menu. The room is ready for a refurbishment. Head board of the bed shows signs of wearing. Staff is not trained well. No one is greeting you when arriving back to hotel. It’s a very anonymous stay without delivering the luxury treatment.

The room was very clean except for the carpet floor which had a few stains of dirt but that didn't bother that much. The room was beautiful, bathroom very clean and nice and the bed was very comfortable too. The room service made our bed every morning and cleaned the room very well. We got new water every day for free. The receptionist was very kind at any time of the day and very helpful. It's a bit tricky to find but once you found it you'll know where to go. It's close to the metro station so it's easy to get to your destination. I liked it a lot and would come again.

Very stressful stay at this hotel as Uber could not find it or pick us up - we were going in circles for 40 minutes. The hotel address is not accepted by Uber and the taxi driver did not feel it was safe to drop us off there as it was late and the drop off area looks like an abandoned building site - it is underground and there is no clear signage and says ‘deliveries’. On the way back we asked the hotel to call us a taxi instead but although reception tried to help, they could not tell us if our taxi arrived using CCTV. They could not call the driver either to check. We went to check underground but no taxi was there. We nearly missed our train and had to run through the Paris metro with all our luggage to catch it as did not have time to wait for another taxi which may not find the hotel. This is not a 5 star hotel if taxis cannot even locate it to drop off guests - very stressful experience!

The hotel is amazing with its price however it’s a business area near major offices, which mean it’s away from the tourist area . The metro is pretty convenient but you need to walk. The taxi situation is not convenient at all. You can’t get an Uber, you will need to walk a fair distance to other hotels to call for Uber. You can op for the hotel taxi which is more expensive as it’s the premium Mercedes

We stayed for three nights and everything was wonderful. The staff were very professional, nice, and helpful. The room was clean, with fresh towels, comfy beds, hot water, a big TV, and a good-sized bathtub. We had everything we needed. There was a small issue with the power supply, but the staff responded quickly and professionally. Although the issue couldn’t be resolved in our initial room, we were promptly given another room. Also the hotel’s proximity to the metro station made our visit to Paris very easy and comfortable.I’d recommend this to everyone.

Nice hotel, newly renovated. The rooms were cozy and the breakfasts were great with a lot of choices. The only inconvenience was that the hotel locates on a business terrace which Uber drivers don’t like to come pick passengers up.

It was easy to check in. Hotel upgraded us for free (probably due to many guests). The room for nice, and the Breakfast had a good selection

First, this hotel is pretty far from downtown. Almost nothing was open during the weekend. Second, it is a newer hotel. The room was beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable. Third, the staff was nice and helpful. Fourth, I was very disappointed by the "gym". It was very small and almost no equipment. They should bot advertise that they have a fitness room.
