Personalets betjening var rigtig god. Alle var venlige og præcise. Jeg syntes, det var det bedste blandt de hoteller, jeg har været på. Badekåberne og badeværelsesvinduerne var dog utilfredsstillende.

Perhentian Island Tour

Hotellet er godt placeret. Fra båden langs molen kommer du straks til hotellet. Et værelse med to senge til tre personer er det helt rigtige. Men ko er ren. Klimaanlægget virker og er godt placeret, det blæser ikke i hovedet. Der er balkon. Der er ingen problemer med varmt vand. Internet overalt på hotellet er gratis og med god hastighed. Morgenmaden er gennemsnitlig. Hotellet har en spa, et godt niveau du kan bruge. Hej netværkspersonale problem. Du skal hele tiden være opmærksom på de små ting. På en restaurant glemmer de at medbringe en gaffel, så en serviet, skal du hele tiden minde om. Hotel uden alkohol. Når rengøring, men æra glemte at lægge håndklæder og vand, skulle mindes. Der er ingen hjemmesko på værelset. Ikke op til 4 stjerner.

Det var bekvemt placeret lige ved siden af kajen. Der er også en pool foran stranden, hvilket gør den ideel for familier med børn. Morgenbuffeten var lækker. Værelset var meget rent og komfortabelt. Det er ærgerligt, at gulvet i toilettet bliver vådt, fordi der ikke er dør til bruserummet.

We enjoyed our stay. 5 days was too short! The restaurant food was better than expected and they have a spa inside the hotel. The location was perfect! I would like to stay here again!

We stayed at Mimpi Perhentian Resort Hotel at the end of June for 3 days and 2 nights, and we regretted not booking a longer stay. Our sea view triple room was perfect for our little family of three, including our six-year-old boy. The resort offers the best views on Long Beach, and we loved the chill vibes in the morning and the lively atmosphere in the evening and night. Booking all our island trips through the hotel was super convenient since we could charge everything to our room. We did snorkeling during our island tour, which is an absolute must-do when you’re on the island. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and great water pressure for showers. The saltwater hotel pool was also charming and a great spot to relax. We appreciated having the staff handle our luggage and bags, bringing them from the jetty at Kuala Besut all the way to our room at the hotel itself, which was superb! The boat ride to the island was also great, seeming more luxurious than the ones offered by the other resorts on the island. Each and every single staff throughout the hotel was amazing and friendly; making our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was just okay, but no worries! There are plenty of cafes just a stone’s throw away with affordable, really good food covering almost all cuisines. A beautiful stroll away, these cafes added to the charm of our stay. Mimpi Perhentian truly is a dream come true. We can’t wait to return!

Impian Hotel warm gesture was really good as Staff name Hafzan (I hope i spell ur name correctly) so helpful from check in until check out when smoothly 😇. If come to long beach please include Impian Hotel on ur list. Recommended 👍🏻.

Everything was perfect, all the staff is really kind and make a really good service, specially Fawaid. Good cleaning service and delicious food.

Overall great experience, resort is clean and in a perfect position. Service is a bit underwhelming and it seems no one can speak proper English

The location of Mimpi is situated well in terms of accessibility to the pier but it gets very busy and noisy. There was a function during my stay (which I did not know about) and the ladies were practicing the speech but the whole speech was on the microphone. I couldn’t enjoy the lunch with my friends as she did not practice only but talked and sang on the microphone and it was very disturbing. The staff is overall friendly but not aligning to what you pay. Breakfast was good but the same options every morning and not much healthy options available. The coffee machine had ants in it and got into the drinks. The restaurant overall is pricy. The room was good but the TV only had 3 channels that actually worked. Again the service and amenities does not align with the price paid per night. The swimming pool was great! If you want to relax and have peace and quiet, this might not be the best option.
