Very enjoy the hotel service provided from the staff.

酒店位置不錯，去查理大橋和老城廣場很近。早餐也算豐富。只是攜程放錯了房間照片和酒店電話，豪華雙人房竟然是頂層閣樓間！房間小，木樑會碰頭，只有一扇小窗户。唯一安慰的是洗護用品是歐舒丹的。好在攜程服務不錯，及時反饋並協商補救措施。及時安撫了我們受傷的心靈。 有需要聯繫酒店的朋友可以按照酒店名片上的電話聯繫。希望攜程及時更正平台上的錯誤訊息。

Excellent location, staff were great. They organised our transfers with no hassles even packed us a breakfast to go. The breakfast is great and we had a beer in the afternoon after our walk around town in the bar which was very relaxing. We had a meal in the restaurant one night which was very nice and reasonable priced.

Room didn’t look like online booking. The room had horrible dim lighting with only skylights looking at a wall or harsh overhead lighting. Small things added up to a disappointing stay. Indifferent reception, treacherous slippery shower, big bath tub but no way to stop the drain, right down to the complimentary water left with no way no open the bottle etc etc.

Nice central but quiet location. Nice room, comfortable bed and a huge bathroom, with clawfoot bathtub. Breakfast was very good, in a pleasant dining room. The staff were very friendly and efficient staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I just loved it: the room, the staff, the cozy ambiance, the food, everything was great. Also, the location couldn't have been better, at walking distance to all the main spots but also kind of "hidden" in a charming little street. Special thanks to the front desk and to Dima from maintenance, who fixed my broken suitcase :)

location on the classic tourist route, very close to Karluv Most, side stare mesto. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast well above average with great choice (eggs, meat, fish, sweet, bread, cheese, vegetable and drinks) . very comfortable room, good typical restaurant.
