Personal muy amable, habitación limpia y desayuno estupendo. Volveré!!

Hola, l'única cosa q no estava quan hem arribat i q posava q tenia, era el carregador per cotxe elèctric... Q encara estava en fase de posar-los... però a les webs ho posava q en tenian. I també trobem q per un hotel de 4 estrelles, el esmorzar hauria d'estar inclòs. I les cortines opaques...no ho eren molt😅 Però tot lo altre molt bé.

This hotel checked all the boxes - easy parking, amazing full breakfast, AC, mini fridge and coffee in the room, stunning pool area, and an adorable cat who wanders around :) The room was clean and modern and I also enjoyed the short 8-10 minute walk into the center of Prades for dinner. There is also a huge grocery store across the street which is handy, plus the hotel has a Lottie bar and I think a restaurant. The hotel is in a great spot to visit Eus, Villefranche, Les Orgues (all within 10-15 minutes by car), and I even went to to Queribus and Peyrepertuse Castles (and Cucugnan and Gorges de Galamus) which are about an hour away. I would definitely stay here again, the pool view alone is worth it!

This is a truly fantastic hotel. Excellent rooms, excellent food and amazing staff. The location is beautiful and the rooms around the pool are wonderful with the views of the Canigo mountain. We have symtayed here several times and are always amazed at this wonderful place.

Purpose of visit: to photograph butterflies up in the eastern Pyrenees, so location was ideal for me. No idea about the town. But everything was as I'd expect of a small four-star hotel. My ground floor room faced, beyond the pool, le Canigou (the local mountain). Mural photo on the wall opposite the bed is a clever way of making the room feel wider. Facilities faultless. And so to breakfast. I'd stay here for no other reason than their four-star breakfast. Incomparable. Stayed a whole week so not cheap but would I recommend it? Without a second's thought. Loved it. Loved

We were initially disappointed that this hotel was out of the town centre, on the ring road. We like to be in the middle of things so we can easily walk to different places to eat during our stay, and we thought this was what we were getting. The receptionist was surprised, insisting it was only ten minutes walk to the centre, but she doesn't know how slowly I walk! In fact it took us 15 minutes, which was fine most evenings as the weather was good. The hotel restaurant was closed in the evenings while we were there, other than the last night, due to some problem with their fridges, but we found some nice places in town to eat. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool, which husband tried but came straight out saying it was freezing - not heated! Behind the pool was a beautiful snow-capped mountain and the whole scene looked like something out of a travel brochure - totally beautiful. Our room was very comfortable with room to unpack our things and a good bathroom. Good wi-fi. Everything worked well and was perfectly clean. The breakfasts were excellent, with the terrific French bread I adore and everything else you could possibly want to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful, serving us drinks in the evening when we got back after dinner, although there isn't really a proper bar area in the hotel. We had the buffet they were at last serving on our last night as it was raining and we didn't want to walk into town. As French meals go it was a bit disappointing and we were glad we were only having it one night. Prades is a good place to stay to tour around the area - so much to see and do and the huge Tuesday Market is excellent.

Di ritorno dal nostro viaggio, ci siamo imbattuti in questo piccolo albergo; ci ha subito colpito l'aspetto esterno e il parcheggio. E non siamo stati affatto delusi, la stanza seppur nella sua semplicità era ben arredata e dotata anche di una bella macchina per fare il caffè; anche il bagno, era molto carino e con una bella doccia. Personale molto gentile e prezzo forse di una manciata di euro sopra la media.

Impeccable sur tous les points ! Accueil chaleureux et efficace. En tant que cliente régulière pour le travail, je ne suis jamais déçue. Rien n'y est à redire. bravo aux équipes ! J'y reviendrai à nouveau avec plaisir, sans aucun doute. Emplacement très intéressant.

Cet hôtel de la chaîne Best Western comme tout ceux où nous avons déjà séjourné tant en France qu'à l étranger correspond bien à notre attente, tant pas son emplacement que par les espaces privatifs chambre, et collectifs , ainsi que places de parking, et même là aussi piscine.

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux, petit-déjeuner agréable et copieux, chambre confortable, salon extérieur reposant. On peut juste regretter l’emplacement des WC dans la salle de bains.

Le plaisir de séjourner dans ce genre d'établissement était au rendez-vous. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'accueil, le service, l'amabilité et le disponibilité du personnel au top. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et tout est présent dans le moindre détail. Merci de nous avoir reçu de si belle manière. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. l

Accueil au top Services aux attentes Chambres spacieuses et agréables avec tous les services. Salle de bain spacieuse. Bar et petit déjeuner au top. Il faut juste penser à se restaurer ailleurs il ya de bonnes adresses. Le personnel est très accueillant et au service du client. Lieu calme et avec espaces verts et piscine pour l'été 😍 Chambres avec vue sur le Canigou.... Un must pour un passionné de montagne. De l'autre côté ça doit être beau aussi.

Nous avons eu l'occasion de passer plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel. Accueil, personnel, propreté, petit déjeuner, température de la chambre, confort du lit, insonorisation, parking... tout est très bien, rapport qualité/prix, excellent.

Hôtel calme, très bien tenu et très professionnel. Le directeur a des années d'expérience et ça se voit. Personnel souriant et prêt à nous rendre service quel que soit notre demande. Très propre. Les chambres sont très bien tenues et toutes climatisées. Le personnel responsable du ménage est discret et efficace. Très belle piscine avec une vue magnifique (le Canigou). Climatisation très discrète et agréable.
