The hotel is clean, comfortable, well looked after and the service is absolutely excellent, the hotel lives up to the good name that Premier Inn has nationally.

離車站非常近，走路1分鐘就到，在交通上實在是太便利了，小孩也不收早餐費用，來這裡就必定要住這家~

Lovely hotel, excellent staff, especially the housekeeping team who always said hello when I came and went from my room. I really appreciate the policy of not cleaning rooms unless asked , as I could come and go during the day, and not be interrupted by the knock of a cleaner. Situation is very good, just by the railway station, but easy walking to bus stops to any where you want to get to in Portsmouth.

Poppy on breakfast was absolutely fabulous, such a sweet young lady. Highly recommend breakfast was good, rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. In facymt booked for march, great prices . Good location to get any where roynd Portsmouth

The price was good value, the room clean, the breakfast was fairly good, the receptionist friendly. I really liked how you could only access the floors to the bedrooms with a room key card. We were visiting the city centre so it was great having everything we needed within very easy walking distance.

Great location. Lovely staff. Room clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Charlotte 10/10 receptionist! She helped us with early check in and then we decided to stay a night extra. Really easy check in. Safe area. Lots of places to drink or to eat. You can pay for breafast on the day. Best hotel is you want to spend your long weekend away.

The location was excellent, just about 3 minutes from the station. **Room:** The air conditioner was not functioning properly; it barely blew any air and kept turning off. Additionally, the windows could not be opened, resulting in a very stuffy environment. **Dining:** The dining area had dirty mugs mixed with clean ones. The tables were not cleaned adequately and remained sticky every day. There were almost rotten bananas on display that were not refreshed daily, and the fruits were not replenished either. The same issue applied to the yogurts. **Staff:** The staff varied from very pleasant to outright rude and indifferent. Customer care was even worse when I tried to address these issues. Overall, this was the poorest experience I have had at any Premier Inn, and I would not recommend it based on this experience.

Stayed for 1 night on our way to Isle of Wight. Lift was annyoing as had to keep getting upto reception level then in the other lift to the rooms. Went down for a drink staff where run off there feet but looked after everybody very well. Rooms are tired looking and need refreshing. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Parked in the NCP just behind the hotel wasn't too expensive.
