Checked in late at night but went as smooth as possible. Ocean view room was spacious and clean. Fresh, nicely pressed sheets on the bed. The breakfast should not be missed, fruit, meats, cheeses and hot food as well - I don't why but recommend the rice pudding I was a big fan 😅. Having your breakfast as you look upon the ocean is blissful. Gym gets the job done if you know what you're doing. Pool is big and welcoming. Bar is open until "1AM" or there abouts. Personnel are accommodating and helpful. 15min walk from the town. Plenty of delightful restaurants in and around the town. Costa Rica has some excellent gyros. Costa dock is ~10min taxi to catch water taxis to the Spetsas etc - which is great in its own right. Great value, very comfortable stay, solid location, and exceptional personnel. 5/5 would recommend.

The hotel's location is very good. Its one of the few big hotels in the area. It's an old, but we'll maintained hotel. From here you can easily reach everything.

Fantastic hotel, pool and amazing staff - in August it is very much a family focused hotel with many young families so bear this in mind dependant upon your preference. Some local restaurants a short walk away, and other around 15 minute walk to the town which was fine for us but may be far for younger children or repetitive beyond 7 days. However, we had incredible food eating out for the week we stayed in the evenings. My main concern was the beach :( It is very unclean, cigarette ends everywhere, plastic and rubbish. This was disappointing as we told reception. There was no attempt to clean it and we were there a week. The girl working at the beach bar wasn’t aware of this being done. Given they capitalise on their lovely beach in advertising, they need to take responsibility for their environment. The beach is small and gritty sand, so it needs to do better at looking appealing. Do not currently come for the beach. The pool is however lovely. Until I see a photo of the beach clean or someone doing this I don’t have faith it will be done. Some of the ‘Garden View’ rooms are located on higher floors with limited views and you may look out onto the concrete second level balcony jutting out from the building. However, we could see the sea which was lovely, and preferred this room compared to one at ground level as the hotel did offer to move us. Overall a wonderful stay made better by fantastic, friendly staff but a mismanaged beach which needs to be addressed urgently by managers because this lets the hotel and its reputation down for me which is a pity, especially for the environment they celebrate on Facebook but are currently neglecting.

Excellent place!!! I think is the best place in the area!!! Friendly people and good food!!!! Splendid swimming pool and the room is amazing!!! Next year I’m sure I’ll be going back in the same direction!!! The activities for the children is amazing

We visited for 3 nights while exploring the nearby islands and we were super happy! The staff are very friendly and accommodating! We had a junior suite in the 5th floor with a breathtaking view! The facilities were great and easy to get to from anywhere. The pool was a way we ended each long day and I must say that it was the highlight! Huge pool and great services like quick delicious food. Talk about delicious food, the breakfast each morning was a delight! The front desk staff and our room cleaning staff were just so nice! I wholeheartedly recommend!! Can’t wait to return!

Spacious rooms with wonderful comfy beds, good size bathroom and balcony. Amazing varied food which suits all tastes and cooked to perfection. Desserts delicious, attentive staff, wonderful hospitality, large clean pools, beautiful gardens with grass. Great place for young families with children with lots of daily activities. A wonderful experience generally and will definitely return.

Great location with great views on the bay and the village and its byzantin Church on the other shore. The rooms are spacious and confortable. Everything is clean and tidy, the personnel is adorable. Spécial mention to panayotis the barman and to plaît The butler always caring about customers. We’ll be back!

Amazing beach. The pool is pleasant and the service in the pool restaurant is excellent A pleasant hotel with a calm atmosphere. Excellent and courteous service. There is strict cleanliness throughout the hotel - an extraordinary standard of cleanliness. Varied food at breakfast and dinner.

Hotel is located opposite the sea and our room had a lovely view of the sea, yachts and sailing boats. The outside pool is very large and nice and the pool restaurant offers snacks and drinks. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast was abundant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking was available both outside the hotel and in the underground parking area.

We came to Porto Heli for a convention but the convention hotel was fully booked. AKS was nearby so we chose it. What a pleasant surprise. Very nice, sparkling clean, resort style hotel. Spacious well kept grounds across a small road from the beach. Tastefully decorated common areas. Helpful, courteous staff. Our room had a balcony overlooking the small bay. A good breakfast. I’m reluctant to give 5 stars, but they are deserved. Also, a terrific bargain.

This hotel was an excellent choice for the value. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered many options. The hotel was clean, very helpful staff, has a pool and is across from a beach on Porto Heli bay where all the sailboats are located. It was a 5-10 minute walk to nearby restaurants, super market and gas station if you have a rental car. Parking was free. It was a bit noisy in the evening with cars driving by.

We really enjoyed our stay there. A family with two little children. Hotel room was ok. Clean, had a problem with the AC that was solved but not fast. Besides that the food was excellent the pool bar was also good and the guy responsible there awesome. I wish I could remember his name. All the staff was helpful but this particular one was great. Porto Heli is worth to visit so all in all a good holiday suggestion.

We stayed at this hotel in 2021 too and it was really good, hence why we went back. We booked half board like last time only this time we discovered that the dinner drinks were not included in the price so beware! 5 member family we needed about 30e drinks with our dinner every night and they wouldn’t even give us any water with the food! The buffet was ok but quite average compared to 2 years ago. They said management has changed. It’s obvious the new management was having to do some cuts! Other than that everything was really nice.

The hotel overall is beautiful and well kept. The most polite people had been the restaurant staff (always very welcoming), the young Rania and Alexandra who gave me a very nice massage. My room also always very clean.
